Documents explain policy cover well. Easy to set up on website.

Had a puncture on my mobility scooter. Got it fixed by my local mobility shop. Sent copied receipt to ETA, with bank details. Claim was processed quickly. Refund was in my account within a few days. Simple process dealt with efficiently. Thanks.

I've used ETA for years and now insure 4 bikes with them.
I recently contacted support to add the latest bike and it was all done within 5 mins on the chat (on the website). Also, it was really good value to add on the bike.
You only find out how good insurance is when you need to claim and I did make a claim when my bike was stolen from my garage a few years ago. ETA provided a brand new replacement within a month or so.
I do wish they would be able to offer little add on extras to cover accessories as bike computers or camera's on the bike can be expensive if they get broken or stolen.

EDIT - Following my earlier review, I was contacted by ETA and told that I was on an older insurance policy and if I moved to a newer one I can insure accessories. I have now moved to the new policy and have 4 bikes plus my accessories covered and it's costing less a month than it was before!!

After the upsetting experience if losing my bike, I have been very happy with my claim. From the start the customer care, has been really professional. And the response time has been very prompt and quick. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Excellent and speedy service. I had my front forks and wheel stolen off my e-bike (which was otherwise securely locked). Took photos and gave a report the next day. Helpful service. Yes - you have to fill in a bunch of forms, but at no point did I feel they weren't going to pay out. And all sorted in less than 2 weeks.

Recently made a claim with ETA after being insured with them since November 2023 at a very reasonable rate. The claim was handled sensitively and with care by Laure. Very positive and transparent process. Would definitley recommend ETA and will be insuring with them in the future.

I had to make a claim because my e-bike was stolen. Communication and clarity was extremely high throughout the whole process. The ETA representative Laure was prompt and clear in all her information and communications. Ive now ordered a new bike and will be on the road again very soon!

Been with ETA for 3 years now and had to place 2 claims. Always had a great experience. Callum, the agent that worked on my case, was absolutely brilliant, professional and friendly too. He replied to my emails almost straight away and kept me updated on what was happening and I am really happy with the outcome.
To Callum’s manager: give Callum a big fat pay rise!
All in all, 5 stars for ETA. It’s also reasonably priced if you are the frugal type of person.

After doing my research this company head and shoulders above others all transparent tick box for what services you need yearly payment is a bargain .

I think that eta breakdown represents excellent value for money.at twenty four pounds a year it's very affordable. I feel much better about riding my ebike knowing if I have a breakdown I won't have to ride a very heavy Ebike home.
