I ordered 5 outfits and I only recieved 2. I waited and then contacted as did not receive my remaining 3 clothes - it has been absolutely challenging to try and get this issue resolved and as basic as contacting someone. They tried to justify the issue by saying that they contacted Royal Mail and ‘the parcel looked full’. Had I known this company was so incompetent i would have never placed an order. I will not let them get away with this. I demand this be looked into via security cameras and for my issue to be resolved - I either want my outfits or a refund on those items which were not sent to me. Don’t know how such people can sleep at night

Fraudulent & Unprofessional – Avoid This Brand!

I placed an order and paid the full amount via COD, but some items were missing. I have been regularly following up for over a week, providing all the required proof, yet I have not received my refund or any proper resolution.

Instead of addressing complaints, this brand ignores messages and even deletes negative comments to hide their terrible customer service. Deleting feedback won’t change the fact that they took more money than they should have and failed to deliver my complete order. This is nothing short of fraud.

If you’re thinking of purchasing from them, DON’T. They are unprofessional, irresponsible, and completely unreliable. I will escalate this further if I don’t get my refund immediately.

Damaged Outfit!!
I ordered an outfit from.Ethnic uk for my disabled daughter the outfit arrived with tassels and beads off the outfit and not stitched properly at all the item was very faulty and it was a healthy and safety case my daughter or other small children could easily chock!! When I emailed Ethnic regarding this matter I received NO APOLOGY NOTHING I was sent a link to return the item which the postage would be deducted from too...
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING customer service!!!

I ordered 2 suits and received both, the condition of the suits is nice but i ordered one size down so they needed to be returned. I requested a return which took around 3 to 4 days to be accepted, I made one online return request and followed up with an email. My return request was accepted and I was given a royal mail return label which I had to print and attach. My parcel was sent back on 22nd Nov and I have just received my refund today (28th nov). So to be fair, my return process was good with Ethnc. The outfits are nice but 1 of the suits had foil in the fabric which wasn't lined, so another reason to send back is that it's too itchy to wear alone. The p&p is £5 which is a bit steep but the experience wasn't terrible. I was concerned, when I read reviews, but thankfully I have my money back.

I will try to keep this short and easy.
1) Requested for a refund.
2) Refund was accepted package label was emailed to me.
3) Sent clothes package off for my refund.
4)I heard nothing for a month to say my package was received so I decided to enquire.
5) I got a reply asking for my proof receipt for my parcel return.
6) Proof of my Receipt with tracking number was sent via email.
7)They emailed me back with a complete incorrect tracking number and told me that this did not match any orders they received.
8)I emailed back stating this is a completely different tracking number to the one I sent in previous emails.
9) After that I heard nothing.
This is just a open case.... It's still on going no one has replied since my last email.
10) I decided to leave this review on trust pilot.

For your own time and headache do not buy. The clothes are very pretty and fashionable but the stitching is of poor quality so the clothes will not last.

Not a good company for returns. They do not give refund. Returned package with postage sent by seller but still not been given a refund. Got pay pal involved.
Do not order as a waste of time and money!

I have been a loyal customer for many years. Sometimes I order for delivery to the UK (where I am based) or to my parents house in Pakistan. Each time I ordered to my parents house, they are unable to deliver as the courier can’t see to find the house. We live in a large town so hardly a village in the middle of nowhere.

Anyway my most recent order in May I placed 2 orders to be delivered in Pakistan. After chasing for over a month, I was told both parcel were delivered. Funny because nothing was received. After chasing the courier and Ethnic, I’ve been told they have been delivered and was provided with the person who accepted the delivery and their NICOP id. Well that’s not the person who I named on my order and that person does not live at the address I gave.

Courier have obviously just delivered to any house.

Ethnic refused to refund me even though I provided the ID of my dad who was named on the order.

Luckily it was not a large order but after numerous bad customer service interactions and problems, I will never shop at Ethnic again.

Stay away.

Do not order from this company. I have oder 1 3 pis set they sent me wrong outfit ..and i returned my items and nearly 2 months later still do not have a refund!! I have emailed them numerous times. They are a fraudulent company. Absolutely disgusting service and will never be ordering

Please do not purchase anything online from here. I have purchase a white suit by seeing pictures but when I received it its in creamy color. A huge difference in color not a simple color variation. Also sent defected patch in same parcel.

Terrible Customer Service - No Refund Issued

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting a refund form for an item I would like to return, and despite reaching out several times, I have yet to receive any response or action. It’s clear from other reviews that this seems to be a common issue, and many customers are left without refunds. This experience has been frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. It feels like they deliberately avoid processing refunds, and I definitely won’t be purchasing from them again. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

First of all they sent me a wrong size of outfit. Second I have requested so many times after purchasing my clothes that they must check everything carefully before the order shipped out.
After receiving the wrong measurements outfit I have requested to send me the right size that I paid for. They didn’t want to agree with that and even they denied me for full refund.
This is really frustrating and unacceptable from a well known brand.
Their policy is really unfair and they need more customers assistance.
Last of all, Ethnic should NOT sell the products which are defective and misleading stitching clothes. They should hire people who can do the quality check thoroughly.

I ordered a medium size shirt from sale, but I got the shirt in extra large size with medium tag. I was so disappointed because they don't appect back the sale items. So l'm not satisfied with online shopping from ethnic.

I had sent my items for refund as their sizes are awful, I haven't received my refund neither any confirmation that they had received the items. I had checked through courier and items been delivered it's already been 15 working days and they are saying they will contact me once relevant department gets this. No way I am getting any information about the order. I am going to raise a despute with credit card company now.

I've recently used Ethnic UK for very first time, after reading the reviews I was afraid I will get messed around when it comes to refunding, however I was surprised every thing from quick delivery to quick refund with in 14 days was done to very professional level. I will defo use Ethnic again. Thing to bear in mind double check the sizes as their sizes are not standard, small, medium and large but the measurements are given in discription.

Use your online buyer protection rights for a refund. If you used a credit card or PayPal you will be able to use their systems online to stop
Ethnic UK from scamming customers. The more people who exercise this protection system in the UK the more likely Ethnic UK are to get shut down by the authorities.

I have received the returns lable bit it doesn't make a difference regardless of my e quite you haven't understood what is wrong I even sent proof images.

I would like if you can read the emails and get back to me regarding the enquires.

Customer service should be top priority when you sell to your customers and unfortunately this hasn't happened I'm wondering if yiu believe in customer service and there enquires as we ask questions in emails and not one person responds.

I have orderd 4 times from you as a returning customer and I think this may be my last online order due to the fact me as a customer is not happy with the service you provide at all.

I urge people to be very careful on ordering they just want ur money, but remember they will never reply to you or if yiu have any issues with ur items, they dont take responsibility of their customers and they don't give customer service. It's utterly very rude service I have never experienced this ever when I spend huge amount in someone's business, I mean I'm giving these people business but they haven't respected me at all.
So this will be my last order, I have told them this but they don't care. They have so many bad reviews they have even responded to people or apologize that's the reputation of this company.

the result was that I was refused after management did what ever they looked I don't think they understand that I have a slip that sawed same as the back one side shoud be low and the back shloud be slightly lower as the images and my slip both are very hight and sawen same from back and front now my tailors had to repair this.

I emailed for negotiation and I was refused.

I work for a huge brand and the level of customer service we provide and how we treat our regular customers is beyond and above.
Don't see that same level here it's very poor.

I have made my mind up now and I won't purchasing from this website ever again I have spent too much money to be treated wrongly and I slip that made wrongly I have to spend more money on a suite I paid £112 pounds to get the also repaired thr tailors already mentioned it's nit saw correctly and it's not the same as the inner slip on the screen images. So be careful when ordeing they don't like to negotiate they have too much money and are very unfare to its customers.

What a con. I ordered 2 items from them. Messaged to say I wanted to return one of the items. They don't bother sending you emails back. I have been chasing them and still no reply. Absolutely awful dodgy company. Do not buy from them.
