Ethnic by Outfitters Avis 

I ordered quite a few items and returned 5, I was waiting and chasing for my refund and finally when I got my refund it was only for 4 items!!! And not the 5th. I have email communication to prove I sent 5! Be careful, they seem dodgy!!

Its been 2 months. No refund although they have recieved the dresses back. They keep saying we will refund within 5-7 working days.

Its a proper refund scam they are doing in the Uk as they are getting the dresses back but not refunding the amounts to people. I will post everywhere om facebook and instagram groups to make sure that they lose their sale or goodwill now. I have had enough !

I have now made 3 orders. 2 of which were delivered next day by DPD. From ordering, to the email communication I can’t fault the service. I’ve now had 15 suits from here which I’m happy with. Some of the sizing is bigger than expected so check the size chart for each outfit as different fabric has different sizing but I like a looser fit anyway so it’s fine for me.

Excellent service received my order promptly and professionally packaged in good packaging. Clothing were exactly as seen on website quality outfits and great fit with superb material quality. A company you can trust knowing what you see is what you get. Thank you will be a regular customer and would certainly recommend

Do not order from here. I ordered 3 sets of kameez in the beginning of March. I got an order confirmation email with a tracking URL and order number. Item was supposed to arrive the next day (DPD next day delivery) however I gave it at least a week before contacting them. Contacted them and got an automated response a week later saying that they will pass me onto the relevant team. Now we are in April and I have still had no contact from this ‘relevant’ team nor have I received my parcels. Cannot even track the item as it only appears with order have been received . Avoid! Customer service is apalling.

The store sucks!Ethnic has the worst customer service. My cousin ordered a suit cost 13k. The product that came was damaged. I sent them back. I even have their email and on calling their customer service, they said they don't have my email or the dress. It's been more than 3 weeks now. No money return, no dress. Total piece of crap. Don't think they even read these reviews.

I ordered 3 different outfits during Christmas time, my deliver arrived within 3 working days. I ordered 3 for an event, planned to keep 1-2.
The outfits were gorgeous as always, I kept the one that fit best and returned the rest. My return was picked up the following day without any issues, I then received my refund within 2 weeks of that. I anticipated a little longer as it was Christmas time but I had no problems at all. Everything was smooth & swift. Shocked to see the negative reviews as my experience was faultless.

Placed my very first order with Ethnic. The items arrived in good time.I ordered one medium and one large as I was not sure what their sizes would be like with the hope that one of them could be exchanged. The return was requested for the large size the day after I received the order. I have had no response on my return request, after having sent 2 requests. There is no customer services number. If the items were defective I would be at a loss. If they don’t respond to return requests why offer a returns service!!

They don't even deserve a 1 star more like 0 star. Please don't order from them.
They haven't refunded my money and didn't respond to my email once I start asking for my refund. Proper scamers.

Very very disappointed to see the Stiching and bad quality of the stuff

FRAUD ETHNIC BRAND boht afsos ki baat hai 1.5 year ho gaye aik hi complain krty huye laikn koi faida nahi hua . Ghatia stitching ghatia fitting. 20,000 ka jora ly lo ya 2000 ka msla same. Koi notice leny wala bhi nahi hai. Third class qism ka sasta designer heir kia hua jis ko ye nahi pta xs or xl ki fitting kitni hoti hai . Khali desing acha hona kaafi nahi hota . Hm lakho rupay khrch krty hn ap k brand pe or ap kaam k kapry tk provide nahi kr skty .. itni ghtia brand . Ap ne apny paper karandi ki quality daikhi hai? Hath lgany sy phat gya wo jora .. boht sharm ki baat hai.. kb tk aisy kma lain gy ap ko .. FRAUD brand

I feel very sorry to have spent my money online by buying products from them. Lack of professional support to customers. It has been 10 days and I have no clue whether I will receive my order or not. Despite contacting them on "INSTAGRAM" their lazy team is not responding. When I tried writing a comment regarding my order "they blocked" me. I reached out to their concerned email/phone , email does not work and no one ever picks their phone.

For international delivery they are absolutely unreliable. My first and worst experience with this so-called brand.

I also tried reaching their "Deputy General Manager E-Commerce at ETHNIC | Outfitters Stores" - Rizwan SALEEM and still no response.

It is a shame no customer centricity is present with such brands.

Regular customer here last week my sis ordered 3 dresses they charged extra 1500 tries to contact by email and call but they didn’t care.so disappointed customer service.

Very happy and satisfied with the purchase, highly recommended, specially in abroad buying a good clothes is a big problem I can trust ethnic for that, I bought summer and winter clothes, price is reasonable so I easily bought them without any burden on my pocket 😀

Order not arrived after 22 days even though it says 3 to 4 working days on website. Made contact via email, told it was 5 to 7 working days. Since then no replies to emails. Phone line makes you hold. That is if it goes through. The rest of the time an automated message says office hours are 9am to 9pm Mon to Sat and then cuts off. Absolutely awful service and no way of getting a refund for a very big order.

It's been a more than 2 weeks since I made my orders, they took the payment and i received confirmation email and i am still chasing my order, send them multiple emails and no reply at all. Poor services and I am definitely not gonna purchase anything anymore from them I need my refund ASAP

I made an order and they’ve taken my money but haven’t processed the order! They’ve charged me £60 and the order hasn’t even gone through and there’s no way of getting through to someone! I’ve emailed instagram DM’d but no one gets back to you.

I just wanted to bring to your attention and everyone else’s that there’s a counterfeit website out there that’s scamming people using your company’s name. At first, I was disappointed with Ethnic because I value your hard work and often purchase items from your site. A few days ago, I ordered two products from this website, but today I received an XL-sized men’s blazer. I contacted the delivery person to inquire if it was delivered to me by accident, but he confirmed that it was meant to be delivered to your given address. The blazer cost me 5500 rupees, but fortunately, the delivery person from Leopard picked it up and returned my money. I’m concerned about this fraudulent activity and want to make sure no one else falls victim to it. Please investigate the matter since the perpetrators are using your company’s name, which could damage your reputation.

DO NOT BUY FROM LINKS OTHER THAN THE LINK THEY HAVE ON THEIR INSTAGRAM.

Most bad experience with Ethnic by outfitters. They have zero customer service manners. Their dealing toward customer is totally unprofessional. Specifically for customers living abroad. They have no refund and cancelation policy. And you can't expect any support and proper answer from them. Company hire professional employees to attract customer but their employees are doing their best to lose the quality customers. I will advice my whole family not to deal with ethnic. Even what I brought from them was waste of money and disappointment at the end. And I faced so much distress to place order from abroad.
