Not impressed. The main issue is hidden commission, which they refuse to disclose. Their pricing is completely out of line – they draw you in and then hit you with an unexpectedly high bill. To make matters worse, customer service is dreadful and unhelpful when you challenge this. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I was introduced to Eureka by the holiday letting agent we have used for many years on the Isle of Wight. Whilst it might seem too good to be true the Eureka team have persuaded me and more importantly my accountant that we may indeed be eligible for a tax break on the original purchase price we paid back in 2020. We are in the process of submitting the necessary claim forms to HMRC but my wife and I now expect Capital Allowances of more than £50,000. A very nice surprise!
