We have a couple of holiday cottages trading as an FHL's and although we had heard of potential savings through Capital allowances we were skeptical and after discussing with our accountant they didn't think that there was much more that could be claimed. I am a private individual. I have received contact from this company out of the blue. The only way they could have got my email address was from an indian call centre. This is a contravention of GDPR regulations. Is this a company you can trust ? Email verified by Google mail. Available on request.
Updated 12/8/23 - "Eureka Capital Allowances would love to understand your experience better, so they’ve asked for more details about your review—like an order number or email."
It shows they have not read the review as there is no order and TrustPilot have no method of sending an email - just another hurdle where a complainant has to jump through hoops to get the review removed.
Update 28/8/23 Emailed as requested on 17th Aug. No response. Guess their claim not to use mailing lists was not the truth.

These guys know what they are doing. I have to say I was sceptical initially, and messed around before making a decision, but once Mellisa and her team got involved, it all went smoothly, end result tax savings, and thats what its all about really!

Rhys and the team were amazing, the whole process was simple, straightforward & stress free. They took care of all the paperwork and submissions to HMRC.
