EverTrust Estate Planning Ltd Avis

I couldn’t have asked for a better service! Great, timely communication, processes explained clearly, friendly staff and very professional. Always available if I had any queries. This company goes the extra mile and i couldn’t recommend them more highly! Thank you!

I felt comfortable talking to the team. Now have peace of mind. I can sleep at night knowing my family are provided for and my Lasting power of Attorney is now also in place. Everything was explained so I could understand. Great team and excellent service. Would recommend 👌

Super efficient and professional from start to finish!

It was the time when we needed to arrange a Will. The team were very thorough and helpful, with what can be a complex process. All completed and peace of mind now assured. Thank you team. Regards Sue

Very professional, friendly and informative. I would highly recommend.

Very efficient service.
All our questions answered in a straight forward way. Immediate response to queries too. Thank you.

I contacted EverTrust, a little bit sceptical at first with it being so cheap & always abit cautious. However, this soon disappeared. I emailed as I didn't want to contact them through Facebook, they were very quick to respond, set up a first meeting, explained everything to us & set up a further meeting to discuss our Will. I have to say that they were very professional throughout, communication was excellent, which is a must for me. Documents were done quickly professionally & accurate in line with what we had discussed. I dealt with Dan & Spike who who both very helpful, knowledgeable & nothing was too much trouble. I had a few questions afterwards which they were happy to respond to. I have been offered to contact them in the future if I have any further questions or concerns, you dont get that with a high street solicitor. Would certainly recommend & can't thank them enough for the professional work they did for us, but it was on a personal level rather than 'a customer visiting a solictor', and it meant so much more. Well done all & keep up the great work that you do.

Great service from start to finish
Spike has been so helpful
Would highly recommend Ever Trust Estate Planing

In my experience I found this company very helpful, they gave me the information I required to be able to make a decision moving forward and plan for the future accordingly. I would recommend anyone who hasn’t thought about making a will or appointing a power of attorney to speak with these guys as they will go above and beyond to guide you through.

Excellent service. An excellent price which is too good to miss. I was offered a discount as part of the NHS staff and I took advantage of this. We set up our will and our power of attorney too. We had a discussion over the phone with Reece and everything was done quickly and smoothly. Thank you to Evertrust for a smooth stress free experience.

They made writing a Will a very well explained and simple process.

From the first conversation I was at ease with Rhys Daniel and Spike. My requirements were listened too and everything explained well about going forward. I was kept fully informed about how things were going and received final paperwork on Saturday 16/05/25.

From start to finish very professional. All the questions I asked were answered. A email with a rough draft came through a few days later. Then the final copy arrived soon after in the post to sign. Highly recommend this company

The service I received was excellent, as they guided me through my will step by step, ensuring it covered all my wishes. I also did a LPA, which would have been too complicated to complete without the help and guidance sent with the paperwork. I work for the NHS, so I was very grateful for the discount. Thankyou for your excellent service.

Recommended 👏 ,Professional ,gave extremely helpful advice, made absolutely certain all was exactly as i wanted , at every stage ,made sure it was exactly what i said for my Will .reduced price as ex NHS staff .No problems very good 5 star service .

We had our wills and LPA’s written through this service. The company was recommended by The NHS where I work. The process was professional and thorough. The content of the will was discussed and we were guided through the options so as to ensure our wishes were represented. The LPA process is lengthy but EverTrust made it painless by populating the paperwork and sending clear instructions regarding signing etc. To complete alone would have be onerous. We’re grateful for the expert guidance and compared with other companies we got quotes from they were very competitive.

Dan was marvellous. He was very professional and knowledgeable as my will was not just straight forward.
He even went over and beyond giving me some advice regarding my parents current position. The Company as a whole were very attentative to my needs and would recommend them to both family and friends.

EverTrust team has been brilliant right from the time I filled a form to redo our wills. They were the first ones to explain about different types of Trusts which made it easier for us to get one sorted soon. Their responses were always very timely. A reminder by message to act on the paperwork was very useful.

Very Professional and easy to understand, straight forward with no jargon. Very good value and kept me up to date on the process. Several phone calls and it was complete. Would definitely recommend.
