The whole experience was very simple and straight forward and really didn’t take much time at all, money was in my account a lot quicker than I was informed it would be so am a happy customer - hopefully my premiums won’t go up too much 😊

Every Paw is the best pet insurance provider that I have ever come across or used. They are beyond helpful and when my rabbit got sick, the insurance money was in my bank within a week. Highly recommend them

I am happy with the cover provided by Everypaw.
However I am less happy with the annual renewal process which doubles the premium unless i apply for a completely new policy. Loyal custom does not seem to be valued.

I have had to make two claims for my dog Jaxon this year for Luxating Patella / Knee Surgery. The ease of the claims process with Everypaw is unmatched.
To claim, I signed into the pet portal, added the condition, the treatment dates and uploaded the vet invoice and submitted the claim. I really appreciated how simple this was during a stressful time.
They kept me informed on receipt of the claim and both times it was processed within a few days.
Due to my dogs age, 75% of each claim was paid but I am aware this is standard for all pet insurance so I have no issue with this.
The only constructive feedback I can offer relates to my other dogs’ policies at renewal. I asked for the auto renew function to be switched off, as I prefer not to have any contract automatically renewed. However, the policies were then cancelled at the end date and no renewal quotes or reminders were issued. As a result, the other dogs are now insured elsewhere. This has not caused any issues for me, but I likely would have stayed if I had received a reminder and renewal quotes.

ABSOLUTE SHAM ... AVOID ... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. What would responding to you do apart from waste valuable time . Sort out your policies and be fair instead of money making .
I am writing on behalf of family member, Most insurance policies has loopholes .. these are one of those ...they are just a money making company. Save yourself the heartache/ Financial strain
Ringing customer services will not help... So don't ask me to call You will not help as you just want to pocket the money . I am absolutely disgusted with the service. I would give MINUS FIVE if I could.
