Easy process
Easy process, best price for me, lost a star just because of the amount of circles I went round in to get the initial sales information started and paperwork done and people not calling me back but that was on Big wants your car side mainly, better communication needed between the two parties, however exchange my car were pretty quick and helpful resolving some teething issues. Would use again.

Not sure how I got onto these I think I was referred by another site but the experience was good. My car had a part exchange value of £8000 at the dealership and I was offered £10500 I think by the initial process. I spoke to big motoring world who made the offer and it was reduced to £9800 over the phone after I told them about scratches etc. I proceeded with the offer and they have just collected the car and transferred the money to my bank. I think if you are honest about your car they will make a fair offer and keep to it. I rate Big Motoring world who probably did all the hard work for this review.

Sold car through online car exchange

Professional intermediary company who communicate well.The agent i spoke to is called 'Phil' and he was friendly and honest in his approach,i cannot fault him personally,he did his best to find a buyer for my vehicle.
Unfortunately,it was the purchasing company 'BigWantsYourCar' who then began to mess me about,renaged on the deal,and left a bad taste.

Great Company, trustworthy and reliable
I recently used this company to sell my car, I had quotes from a few different companies and was nervous because this was all new to me but from the beginning Exchange my car stood out for me, they were professional and informative and after a few questions I was made a fair, realistic offer.
On a pre arranged date they came out to inspect the car, after this they agreed to pay the original price offered and the money was paid into my account before any keys and paperwork were handed over.
They were very reliable and trustworthy and I be happy to use them again.
