Price agreed within 24 hours with bestcarbuyer agent via phone and email. Sent detailed pictures of car and all minor flaws that resulted in an offer being confirmed with fair and reasonable deductions. Car collected and inspected without issue and all transfers done within 30 mins.

I was offered a lot less than initially predicted even though my car was in excellent condition. Charlie was excellent in sorting out the sale and pick up. The pick up experience was poor took well over an hour with people having to be chased up to complete the deal. Not exactly hassle free as promised. Need to improve the collection admin process to be slicker and quicker.

Another great service from Best car buyer. Have now used them three times to sell our cars and the experience has been fantastic. Spoke with Charlie who was so helpful and professional. It only took a week from start to finish to sell my car to them. The price I was quoted was the price I received as I was honest about the quality of my car. It was also higher than the price offered as part exchange from the garage I was buying my new car from. The cash was received into my account within 20 minutes of our car being checked and the finance was also settled for us. Can’t recommend them more highly.

Had the misfortune of dealing with this company recently. I contacted them to sell my car which was initially positive. An arrangement was made for a an outside contractor to attend at my house to collect the vehicle. Due to circumstances out with their control they did not attend on that date. I was very understanding and agreed to reschedule to till the next day and arranged time away from work. The representative attended and took pictures as you would naturally expect which were sent to the main office. I then received a call from Charlie who said "we will not be taking the car today because the wheel arch has been filled". This took me by surprise to which I said this was not the case and before I got a chance to ask what Charlie meant by this he doubled down and said "it had clearly been filled and they wouldn't be taking the car today". His manner was abrupt and made no attempt to discuss the matter. The wheel arch in question had a small amount of T Cut to cover a scratch of about 2mm in length. This could have easily been explained but his disgraceful customer service skills and manner meant led to the call being ended. Instead this company wasted a day and a few hours I took off work due to poor knowledge and customer skills.
I cannot speak for the company as a whole however Charlie is clearly incompetent and incapable of carrying out his role.

This is the second time I’ve used Best car buyer. The process is very quick and easy. They give a realistic and competitive price from the start . The whole process took 4 days so their response times and processing are quick. It’s easy to download any documentation they need. We choose to drop off the car , all the details re the drop off were confirmed by email before hand so the drop off point were ready and waiting for us. The money was transferred within 20 minutes as they had said.
