I sold my car via Carwow. They advised me that the car was sold for £14k via an auction. You need to be aware that the price is all dependant on the final assessment that is carried out by the buyer/trader. The assessment reveals things you wouldn't be aware of as a general driver. I learnt a lot. The Assessor Siya Tila was very professional in the advice provided whilst carrying out his role for Carplanet. He gave me lots of useful advice & negotiated well to get me near enough to the price I was prepared to accept.

From the first connection with Cardaddys, the information and fallow up was consistence. Rahi from Cardaddys was most helpful. He answer all the questions and concerns we have. His instructions of what we needed and guide on the process was very clear. This was very hassle free with them coming to you to view the car giving you a choice with no pressure sell.

Says that I had to give him £150 in cash , if the car gets sold.
I paid him like a mug.
So got £1000 less than stated online
Plus paid £150 in cash.

Not a great experience. The admin guy was fine and diligent but its obvious they bid a high price and then they get some inspector who's on commission to batter you down to super low price for the least little blemishes. Apparently my car needed a total respray... I got someone to fix a scratch for 300 and sold it for what I needed rather than the 2400 discount that car daddy's offered on their original price. They even warned my about their bad reviews so I was ready with plan b. Good luck with your business model !

Ian was checking over my car, great person to talk to giving me advice and explaining things I didn't know about.

I was given a price for my mercedes cls. They send a vehicle assessor named Cameron from Car Planet? (apparently they work together on purchasing vehicles?). They offered me £2,500 less than the valuation they gave me due to pre-agreed time changes for collection the vehicle as well as for minor cosmetic interior damage which they knew existed from the pictures i shared with them before the vehicle assessor arrived. Their manager Zhain was attempting to haggle the price down. When I told him I was disappointed with how was treated Zhain said, 'To be honest with you Liam my boss will not care about this. The price is the price'
They wasted so much of my time that I reluctantly agreed to a lower price. I agreed a call today with Zhain to arrange a time collect the vehicle at the agreed price. Miraculously zhain has been out of the office since I spoke to him. Strange that they were answering my call when i called from a number their system did not recognise but when i ring from the number held on their system nobody answers.
THEY ARE TIMEWASTERS AND LIARS. TOP TIER COWBOYS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS!
