We offer professional affordable antenatal classes & hypnobirthing classes (in person, virtual & online) as well as baby massage and baby yoga in some of our locations. All classes are run by qualified midwives. We have a no nonsense approach - we support and encourage normality but prepare you for when things don't go according to plan. We don't have an agenda and will not pressure you in any direction but support your autonomy to decide what is best for your body, your baby and your family. We are a PIM (perinatal integrative medicine) friendly organisation and have representatives on the board of the International Integrative Maternity Healthcare Organisation (IIMHCO). Our courses are designed with Dad's in mind and we're totally non-cringe. We pride ourselves in our ongoing support - it's not just our classes you'll benefit from. You'll have your midwife on hand to text or call when you're in need of any clarification or extra support. We also offer midwife video calls and bespoke packages if you'd rather have a 1-on-1 in the comfort of your own home as well as more tailored support during your pregnancy and throughout the postnatal period. I recommend this to every pregnant woman i know!!!
Freya and her knowledge & experience was amazing! To have an actual midwife sharing all there is to know about childbirth & what to expect was priceless. There were no embarrassing moments and the classes gave me and my hubby the confidence to know how to handle anything in every eventuality. We both tell everyone how amazing the classes! We made some life long friends at the sessions too.
I really can’t recommend these classss enough, i’m positive i owe both of my calm stress free labours to this class!

Friendly and Supportive!
These classes were so relaxed, we made some good friends. Freya is very understanding and supportive, a much more personal experience to the NHS classes. We highly recommend the Expecting classes, especially at the moment where that personal touch makes all the difference!!

Expecting parents need this service!!!
For all expecting parents, this course is a MUST!!! Expecting provides fantastic, informative sessions in preparation for your little one. The sessions allowed us to feel comfortable and put to bed any anxieties we had about our daughters arrival. And being with other couples in the same position allowed us to make some firm friends for life! Sessions were well planned and down to earth, covering the nitty gritty in a relaxed and informal way (plus the weekly homemade cakes were a welcome treat!). The refresher course we had for number 2, was also full of handy tips and hints with the bonus of being held in the comfort of our own home. So if you’re an expecting parent, I would highly recommend these classes!!!
