My wife and I recently decided it was time to purchase a quality espresso/latte machine. We knew we wanted something simple to operate that would consistently make great coffee.
My late father had purchased a FAEMA Family espresso machine (circa 1980) from FAEMA Montreal, and it’s still going strong today. We recently had it completely serviced at FAEMA Montreal before passing it on to our son — and it continues to produce fantastic espresso. This long-standing reliability and service is exactly why we chose to return to FAEMA Montreal for our new machine.
Anyone can sell you a machine, but finding a place that also offers professional, knowledgeable after-sales service makes all the difference.
We met with Susan, who took the time to understand our needs and showed us a few fully automatic models. Thanks to her guidance, we chose the JURA ENA 8 — a beautiful machine that’s easy to use and makes exceptional espresso (for me) and lattes (for my wife).
