Absolutely dreadful service
Absolutely dreadful service.
Filled in the details on their website. Informed I would be contacted next day.
Got to the afternoon (of the next day) and due to no contact, phoned them and was assured someone would call back. No one did.
What kind of service is that?
Used local heroes instead and got an engineer out the same day!
Will never use this service again based on this experience.

Unfortunately, the issues with my boiler has not been resolved. I have been waiting for a response for nearly in regards follow-up work that needs to be done. Disappointment is an understatement.

Beware of mark-up on parts
Charged me over £200 for a part that cost £113. That is an unconscionable mark up for the cost of a part.
RESPONSE TO FAIR FIX:
You are being dishonest. I have the invoice for the part because the part was shipped to my home address and I opened the package.
I know exactly what was paid:
Part: £87.33
Carriage: £7.50
VAT: £18.97
Total: £113.80
You charged me a roughly 80% markup on the cost of the part and you are now misrepresenting what you paid.

Hi Will. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I would like to clarify the cost of your part for you, your boiler is an electric water heater and the parts are extremely difficult to get hold of. the only supplier that had it in stock wanted £146 for it plus a shipping charge for £21. +vat
Please bear in mind if you are looking at prices online they are not a recommended retail price and they are sometimes not from authorised suppliers where we can return the parts and get replacement in order to provide a 12 month warranty. Engineers do not buy parts online as we cannot guarantee their quality and supplies often require us to remove them from your appliance if they become faulty and return them adding days to any warranty repair.
