The delivery time was so quick that I was on holiday when the courier attempted to deliver it. I contacted Famous Jackets and they got back to me very quickly with numbers to call when I returned. I did this and customer service discovered where the hoodie was, called me back within 5 minutes and I collected it the same day. Famous Jackets sent me a another email this morning checking that I had the hoodie. I found them fast, efficient, customer centred because they took the initiative, and really professional. What a great experience.

I bought a sheepskin jacket off the website and ordered the wrong size, followed by an email. I received an instant response and sure enough the delivery arrived quick and with a really high quality jacket. I am delighted with both the product, price and after sales support and will be with Famous Jackets....

Sizes come up a lot smaller than anticipated. I needed a larger size which was quickly rectified. I would say that the customer service was excellent!

I ordered 2 jumpers in 2 colours same size … I’ve had 12 emails asking me to confirm I want the same size by email I’ve replied 12 times to say it is correct. I’ve had 4 calls from the company - 2 I answered and they hung up and 1 they left a voicemail asking me to confirm via email I want 2 jumpers in two colours of the same size … I have called the number and they advise they will connect me to next agent and after 5 seconds of hold music they drop the call
I blame google for also allowing them in the ppc google shopping auction

This is a scam site. I wanted to purchase the J91-WSDB jacket by Acronym featured in the game Death Stranding 2. I found the web page which was using official model photos of the genuine article. I placed my order for £90. Later, I received a fake in the mail from Pakistan and realized the real article is $1,700 retail. I feel like a buffoon but somehow this site was at the top of the google search results. I'll be demanding a refund but I don't have high hopes.

My 13yr old saved up for what she thought was a Stussy hoodie. When it arrived it was terrible quality, poorly sized and clearly a fake. Been backwards and forwards since May trying to get a refund. As with other reviews, they won't give the money back which we're entitled to by law with an online transaction. Now in the hands of our card provider. My recommendation is to avoid at all costs.

Ordered a Rip Wheeler jacket, it arrived however was too small, got in touch with the guys and they exchanged for me, no questions asked.

They sent me the wrong item and now want refund me the money, they say I can’t return the item as there is maintenance at their warehouse
. I was told it would be sent from UK, but the company is based in Pakistan.

Then I decided somewhat late to read the reviews.
I wasn’t hoping for much after reading them but what a surprise.
The jacket was good quality and my son says it’s the best present he’s ever had.The fit was perfect.

They twist and turn to avoid any full refund even though its our statutory right. After about 10 emails, they finally agreed to a 60% refund and keeping the item. This whole saga took around 4 weeks to conclude.
My advice, is to avoid like the plague.

Ordered a Stussy hoodie for my child. The item turned up but sizing is not correct and the material is awful, lots of frays. I have requested a refund but I keep getting fobbed off, being asked to send photos of the product which I have done and then told that the investigation team will look into the matter in 24/48 hours and that it is the company policy etc. Still not received refund or a reply in any sort that fills me with any sense of hope that my refund will be processed. I would strongly avoid using this company.

A total scam. They don't want to refund your money even if you don't collect the clothing. Also, the shipment arrives from Pakistan, so you will most probably have to pay extra tax.
