Kept me informed and honoured a full refund when an item wasn’t suitable

Rather than explaining my experience with this company which is very similar to all the negative reviews that I have found, I’ve decided to share my opinion regarding this company structure.
The person who is running the company runs 4 other companies. The structure of all of these companies is mainly focused on scamming customers. Websites are developed to mislead customers and convince them to believe that they are ordering from trusted and sustainable companies. The names of the companies created are very similar to the companies with positive feedback. The main focus of these companies is to sell bad quality clothes and not provide refunds ,so there is a team of people to deal with the complaints and from time to time they are writing positive feedback to minimise the company's negative review. When the negative reviews are unbearable ,the company is dissolved and reopened under a new name. I would strongly recommend not to order from the following companies: Famous Jackets LTD, Denim Beats Limited, Leather Jockey Ltd,Qudit Labs LTD ,MNM Resources Europe Ltd.

So, after my previous review, I complained to the firm about their shoddy wares. In various emails they tried to bully/intimidate me into withdrawing my review, even going to the extent of saying that my refund depended on this:
'Please note that we have already removed the product from our store and have forwarded your complaint to our production team for further investigation and necessary action. We kindly request that you consider removing your review and confirm once done, so that we can proceed with processing your refund promptly.'
In this, they clearly stated that they intended to refund. They have not.
I did of course tell them that any refund was not conditional upon a review, but upon the law:
'Once again, I will AMEND the review once this is dealt with to my satisfaction. The fact that you have withdrawn the product suggests to me that you have been fully aware of its faults even as you continued to sell it. I hope that I have now made my position clear; withdrawing the review is in no way conditional upon you dealing properly with my complaint. You are legally bound to do so.'
They even admitted to taking the product off-sale!
This was along with the threat to not even take my complaint any further if I did not withdraw my review.
I have given them time to respond and they have not.
'We kindly request that you consider removing your review and confirm once done, so that we can proceed with processing your refund promptly.'
This leaves me with little choice but to take further action.
My advice to potential customers is to avoid this firm.
My advice to Facebook, in all its guises, is to avoid doing business with this company for, as they bring themselves into disrepute, so they do you for giving them a platform.

I bought and received a jacket from this company, the quality was atrocious so I went to return it for a refund and have had nothing but trouble with this company. The have offered me crappy offers like 30% refund of pay £30 to foot the shipping of a new one. After finally getting them to offer a full refund after saying that I’d opened a dispute with my bank they said it’ll take 10-14 business days I waited 14 business days and got no refund to a wrote another email stating that I’d had no refund what are they playing at, at which point my bank had opened my case and refunded me and now they were getting in contact with the company. I then received a horrible, condescending threatening email off the jacket company and in the email they said if I had gone to them in the first place they would’ve sorted the issue and given me a refund promptly (this issue has been going of for 4weeks) that my money was safe with them and that I should’ve told them I’d opened a dispute with my bank (which I had done in every single email) I would recommend that nobody buys anything off the company as it’s terrible quality and they are pure scammers

I ORDERED FOR A JACKET AND WHAT WAS FORCEFULLY DELIVERED AFTER A LONG TIME WAS LOW QUALITY COMPARED TO WHAT WAS ON THEIR PAGE. WHEN CONTACTED ABOUT IT, THEY IGNORE YOUR RESPONSE AND GHOST YOU.

Total scam.

The jacket arrived with a cheap looking nasty garment.

Totally duped.

I bought a Stussy hoodie from them. Its fake and the sizing is ridiculous. My son wears a medium but this is more like a XS.

I asked for a exchange and was told I could keep the hoodie I just have to pay another £30 for a bigger size! Obviously I'm not doing that and have had to contact my bank to notify them this is a fraudulent company and to try and get my money back.

After a few emails to Famous Jackets they have now stopped replying.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. CHEAP RUBBISH SENT FROM PAKISTAN.

It’s a complete scam
Don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews
Products are not as advertised - very very poor quality
Product quality is very very low
And you can’t get a refund without paying more money
They should be shut down
AVOID

If this store spend more time on their customer service, and less time posting fake Trustpilot reviews, they would improve significantly

In the end, AMEX gave me my money back, and this absolute disgrace of a shop hasnt even asked me to post the items back... why?

Because they are poorly made, low quality tat from Pakistan, and the cost of sending it back to them is worth more than the actual garment

This is NOT a UK business, do not shop here!!!

Terrible products, looked completely fake, poor quality, arrived and stank

They should be reported to Trading Standards and closed down

Fraudulent website, suit that was sent was clearly a fake. Literally printed on to poor quality material. Tried to contact them but no answer and emails just bounce back

Do not use The item sent is so obviously a fake and when trying to return no contact
Please stay away

Best Purchase I have ever made!
I am so excited to have received the beautiful coat I had ordered from Famous Jackets UK! I had fell in love with the movie paddington the bear since I was a kid. I had absolutely adored his little blue coat. I had a hard time finding the exact same jacket as most were made for children. I then came across Famous Jackets UK and contacted the company right away. They were so helpful with any questions that I have had and quick to respond! I can tell you I was so amazed in finding this jacket and once it had arrived I was blown away on how much the jacket looked like the actual jacket from the films Paddington!

I absolutely love my new flower jacket. I’d like my thanks to be sent to the person in Pakistan who made it for me❤️

This company has exemplary customer service, they responded quickly to my order and queries.
The coat is well made and as it looks in the picture. An excellent fit.

Great customer service, answered every question within hours of email. Coat was great……

Bought a pink palm hoodie from them and was £59 with free shipping back in December. Then received an invoice from fedex a month later for shipping that famous jackets have refused to honour. AVOID.

Refund has been received today, did wonder if it would happen but to be fair fully reimbursed.
Won’t use again but finally settled.
