Do not buy. They send you a totally label-less fake product in 4 sizes too small and they send it late. They charge you premium delivery for late delivery. Look at their meaningless lengthy contradictory returns policy BEFORE you buy. Don't hope for Returns documentation, an address, or a refund. You won't get either. They are based in Karachi. £70 down the drain.

Ordered a jumper in L and for some reason received XS. Contacted them and explained the problem and they told me to send photos of the tag and multiple photos of the jumper with a tape measure. They make the mistake and they expect me to do their job! Despite this i sent some photos and made my feelings clear on the matter (politely). Since then I've had no reply or refund!

Fake. Item took over 25 days to arrive. It arrived 4 days before Christmas with no labels in the garment and in a plain plastic bag in a parcel from pakistan. I emailed them on many occasions and I got a reply very quickly on every occasion. I was offered a 50% discount £30 voucher for future purchase or to return at my own cost! I told them none of these acceptable and will return at their cost, they then offered me 75% refund and keep the hoodie, at this point I said I would take the matter up with trading standards. I have had an email saying they will refund me 100% although I am waiting on this.

Do not buy from these people. I bought a top for too small and tried to return it. They are playing me and want £30 to exchange it within 14 days cooling off period! No offer to return, they act like didn't see my messages I want to return! Do not buy, I am warning you. Just read their return policy, it looks suspicious I wish I read it earlier. I am now going to contact trading standards and will take them to court if needed. Don't waste your money they are scammers.

Item wasn't shipped until 21st. Coming from pakistan even though its meant to be a UK based company.

Sent multiple emails and requested a call back to then receive an email christmas day advising its on its way. Provided me with tracking showing its still in pakistan.

£75 down. Unable to speak to anyone. Had to go and buy something else as a present for my daughter.

So it is this company that sells a very cheap copy (Pakistan version) of the pink palm puff hoodie, where in the advertised photos of the product the design is embroidered, but we have received a product with painted design.
They are intentionality deceiving customers, a disgraceful act, which the law of karma will ballance out.
A disgraceful, untrustworthy, greedy and deceitful company.
AND, constructing fake positive reviews right here, amongst the genuine ones expressing genuine experiences with their products.

Inside the hoody has been lined and bagged out to cover up the uneven and terrible stitching of the garment. Shocking quality!! Nothing anywhere on the website states it isn't genuine . I feel like I have been scammed !! DO NOT BUY from here
