Wonky labels, transfer details white Edging. Stitching all over the place. No internal labels.

Oh and they remove any reviews that show potential customers what they'll receive

They sent me a fake essentials jumper, now I look back and see how fake the reviews were on their site. If you’re going to sell fakes you need to inform the buyer in the your description. It doesn’t even has a tag or label ridiculous. I want my money back and quick. Worst thing is I waited about 2 weeks for it to come now my brother in law has no Christmas present from me

Scam company. Not based in the UK despite their website indicating they are in Newcastle. Item I ordered took ages to arrive and was clearly sent from Pakistan. All items fake, of poor quality and not to expected size. Ability to exchange or receive refund then virtually non-existent/practical. Tried to return as despite item being poor quality, just didn’t fit and all I received were constant request for details, or defence about the item from the supplier. DO NOT USE unless you are prepared to gamble. It’s all knock-off goods.

Do not be fooled like myself and many others. I made the unfortunate mistake of believing the website description of a cardigan for a Xmas present for my wife. The website advertised a Yellowstone Monica Dutton Cardigan, made of wool. What I received was a cheap printed coat! I was annoyed I was taken in by such an obvious scam website, I am normally very careful and wished I had googled the company first.
I contacted the company by email to ask for full refund and at the same time contacted my bank to request a charge back for the payment.
I did receive replies from the company offering me less than a full refund which I did not accept. Finally the bank managed to refund the money. The replies I received from the company were as others described on here.

Ordered a blue stussy hoodie for £56… Completely fake, wrote an email to them asking for a refund and no reply.

Definitely not a real product . Ordered a pink palm puff hoodie in blue . It came in a bright mint green . The stiching was all over the place . Very irregular fitting , plus the design, that is meant to be embroidered, is a very poor print . Very disappointed indeed . How they can get away with this , is appalling. Definitely made me far more suspicious of online retailers . Very poor indeed .

Maybe because I expected the worst from some of the reviews I red post porering my experience with this site has been a pleasant surprise and my expectations were exceeded. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They are not a scam! They do deliver goods and are very responsive and acomodating! Don't give scammers energy at all the rest is down to your expectations I guess... I did not expect to receive my goods before Christmas at all, yet I did, in less than 2 weeks from ordering. Goods are not produced/ located in uk, but who cares if they cost literally × 10 less the price?
In my case tracksuit for my daughter is of very good quality, feels more expensive than 80 quid that I paid (retailing at 1000 pounds elswhere) and arrived on time and it literally says on their site that they manufacture / customize clothes themselves and they dont claim otherwise. It really cost nothing to do a little research before ordering to avoid any disappointment!

Bought a 'Stussy' hoody for £60 apparently reduced from £80. It came from Pakistan. It is a FAKE and no label inside. Poor quality and cotton threads coming off the garment. Do not buy from this website. Tried to get refund but highly doubt it will happen. I will now have to try and get another Christmas present for my daughter.

Avoid this website DO NOT give them any money. I thought I had ordered a jacket a copy of Rubin Amorim it arrived stinking of curry and the material was something you would buy for £15 max at any market stall. Absolutly shocking they advertise they are in Newcastle but your merchandise comes from Pakistan . Im quite fortunate that my son in law works for HMRC and he will start to investigate them I have asked for a full refund and had no reply please do not waste your money.

Still not received my item or notification it has been dispatched. 2 days ago they told me would be shipped within 12-24 hours. Have not heard back since then despite chasing. Really disappointed as paid for express delivery on 12th!

I ordered a pink palm puff hoodie for my daughter on the 2/12/2024. I was assured it would ship within 5 days. It shipped today FROM PAKISTAN!!!! No where on their website does it say it comes from there when it gives a Newcastle address!!! I have requested them to cancel my order 4 times and have been ignored. I wish I had read these reviews first as it will clearly be fake!! I have now gone to my credit card company to try and recover my money.

AVOID! I ordered a Stussy jumper, which was shipped from Pakistan and took two weeks to arrive. It turned out to be FAKE. The quality was terrible, with a strange lining inside, and my daughter could barely fit her head through it. I contacted customer service to request a refund, and that’s when the ordeal began. Initially, they refused to issue a refund, then offered only 30% of the price paid. After pushing back, they finally agreed to refund 75%—completely unacceptable AVOID AT ALL COST!

Ordered a stussy hoodie on the 4th December - it still hasn’t been dispatched and given the reviews below I’m not holding out much hope that it will be worth the £60.
I’ve emailed the company to ask for the order to be cancel and refunded. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

I have bought a hoodie off the website.
The company are supposedly based in Newcastle.
However 12 days after purchase i get an emal stating your order has been shipped.
I log on to shipping and is in Pakistan???
Guessing its fake. I'll wait and see when it arrives. Probably in March.

What a scam! Fake goods from Pakistan. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Expensive learning curve for my 17 year old buying online.
