I wouldn't buy from this company again. Bought two Stussy hoodies for my grandchildren for Xmas and they are fakes !!! Not even good quality fakes . One was dirty and threads hanging off ! I will say though that their customer service was prompt in replying and sorting out a 50% refund on each item which I accepted as couldn't be bothered with the hassle of returning. They have promptly refunded the 50%

Awful - please don't buy from them.
I bought a 'knitted cardigan' which was actually brushed cotton with a knitted design printed onto it.
It says clearly you can't return anything if the tags are removed - but they weren't attached when it arrived - just loose in the bag. You also have to pay to return which is very unfair given that the item looks nothing like the photo or description.
Also, although their registered office is stated as being in Newcastle, the clothing is coming from Pakistan.

Completely fake item. Do not buy from these people. FAKE GOODS

Sent a hoodie that is absolutely awful quality and won’t let me return.

Refusing to accept returns for items that are damage is against the law. Despite numerous emails they will not let me return my damaged item. They advertise 30 day guarantee!! What a scam.

Please do. NOT shop here.

This company refuses returns and refunds. Selling cheap knock offs from Pakistan that are badly made. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS

I received the hoodie promptly, with regular delivery updates. Unfortunately, the sizing was smaller than expected, making it unsuitable. While they don’t offer free returns, their customer service was polite and quick to respond. After some negotiation, I accepted a 75% refund, which I was happy with as return fees would have been costly. Overall, efficient service, but be cautious with sizing and return policies

This company is selling Fake products: DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS! The hoody was dirty, printed not like the photos, why is the Goverment not closing these sites down! Shouldn't be allowed to trade in this country!

when I ask for my money back they wouldn't pay me the full amount, and the site says 30 day money back.

Item ordered from the website and delivered promptly. However, item was damaged with poor quality being the suspected main cause.

I emailed and forwarded pictures to the Customer Care team who kindly offered compensation and credit towards my next purchase. However, I opted for a full refund instead and the care team responded quickly and professionally. A refund was issued within a few days.

Couldn't really fault this company and resolved my issue without delay.

Everything they are selling is fake. Pretty poor quality fakes from Pakistan.
These goods are not shipped from Newcastle like the website leads you to believe.

Great communications friendly advice to recommend the correct size of scream gown. Price is reasonable and good delivery times. Would purchase again highly recommend to get the ghost face gown. To appreciate the movie 🎬 franchise.

They sold me a fakes hoodie and it arrived not as described at all. Did ask to return but had emails asking if I will accept 35% refund as they haven’t got a return warehouse!
