Ordered two sleep massaging masks for £85 without checking first via research on Facebook via Klarna payment plan thinking I’d have options - order is bogus and comes back as not recognised on their tracking service and no response from customer service - total total scam avoid like the plague and never ever buy from Facebook home of the scammers

This company should be band and under investigation, they are proper scam. I purchased weeks ago and until now no feedback from them.

Scam site. Ordered a retro gaming stick and consoles weeks ago. Not recieved. No updates. Ignoring my emails and customer service form I filled in. Absolutely disgusting how they have taken my money and done this. I have contacted my bank to report fraud. Wish I'd seen the reviews first.

Terrible… ordered the Snort funny game for Christmas 1st December, not received yet and no reply from customer service. £40 I won’t get back! Total scam, lesson learnt and it always seems to be purchases off facebook!

I think a one is generous. I received my order yesterday and it is nothing like the description they put on their advertisement. It is cheap crap and looks nothing like the pictures they portray, certainly isn’t worth the price I paid. I have e-mailed them asking for a returns label and also a full refund. If they fail to respond I will request a Section 75 to be raised by my Bank. Absolute SCAMMERS. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Zero customer service tracking number never received ,item never received

Do not use!!! Total scam, contacted the company numerous times and have had the same reply every time “your order has been processed and you will get a tracking number”. On their site it still says order unforfilled. Asked for a refund but they never reply mentioning that.

Please do not buy from this site it is the worst ever l ordered on the 25/11/2025 l am still waiting l contacted them asking for a refund becouse the order was still showing unfulfilled then it went to fulfilled so they did not have to refund me lesson's learnt will never ever buy again.

Scam site. I ordered an item from here 3 weeks ago, it was almost £50, I received a confirmation email then nothing since. I have emailed them amd nothing. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

We ordered something that was advertised on social media. Seemed legit . 2 weeks later no update on the order and they don't reply back to email. Avoid at all costs. Luckily paid on CC so will be contacting the bank

When you try to track the order nothing comes up

Ordered the WW2 advent calendar in November. They took my money but no delivery. I wrote a email to their customer service dept but only received a generic holding reply. Christmas's will be over by the time it arrives…although I doubt it ever will. Lesson learned. Scam artists are alive and kicking.

Do not buy from this site. It’s a total scam as the items they sell are completely different from the item described on their site.

Delivery of item took much longer then expected. Wasn't giving shipping number until I emailed multiple times.

Amd the advent calander was a joke. Said ww2 air craft die cast.

We got rubber planes with no details on. So was not even worth the money.

Absolute scam !! Paid £25.97 for a plane advent calender. Did not receive, contacted them via email, did not receive a reply.

DON'T BE SCAMMED!! Hope you checkout there reviews before you order, I didnt and was scammed. The item I ordered didn't arrive, but they replied back, Item arrived..As of many other customers..
They really have put me off ordering anything off tiktok sellers..
