Foil underfloor heating
Unfortunately, I didn't have a very good experience with Fastwarm. First of all, I found prices for similar products much cheaper elsewhere but was glad that they price-matched the other quote, but the difference was important, about 30% less. I then placed the order via email, and asked a few questions to make sure I had the correct products but when I received the order I noticed that the heating mats were incorrect as I needed the foil heating mats and I was sent different ones. They quickly replaced them and collected the ones sent in error. Once all the mats were installed and the thermostats were going to be connected the electrician noted that the thermostats were also not the correct ones and these also had to be replaced. Thankfully they reaplced them quickly and now I need to prepare another parcel to send the other ones back.
All in all, a bit of a hassle. A couple of stars for quickly sorting the order error but this shouldn't have happened, specially when they placed the order themselves. Products seem to be overpriced as I imagine that even after reducing the price by approx a third they are still having a profit. I think they should consider reducing the prices of their products.
After all above, the products seem to be of good quality and the system is working well. The app to control the underfloor heating was very easy to set up and manage. These are positives.

Poor delivery, poor communication
You can’t just blame your third party courier when you have chosen that company. It really isn’t good enough. If I hadn’t chased I would still be sat there waiting! Choose a more reliable courier and improve your customer service.
The courier failed to deliver on the correct day. No update from the Fastwarm. Delivered the next day with items damaged! Poor communication, a complete waste of a day and a further delay whilst replacement items are shipped! Very frustrating.

We use third-party couriers for our deliveries, so unfortunately delays with the courier are outside of our direct control. However, as soon as we were made aware that the boards had arrived damaged, we arranged replacement boards straight away.
