One small order for some 16mm couplers…
One small order for some 16mm couplers for some UFH connections above ground.
Great selection, website is easy to use. My issue, I paid £15 for next day delivery and made the order before 10am on order day. They didn’t come until the day after, I feel scammed. It was normal delivery they came in and they basically stole my £15.00 which isn’t right.

Faulty thermostat replacement
There was a fault on the thermostat, replacement was shipped the next day. Very impressed and they organised for the other to be collected rather than throwing it away. Very good.
