Fast delivery using DPD. However, the search on Fastwarm webside is rubbish. Much easier to search using Google which is how I found what I was looking for.

Poor delivery, poor communication
You can’t just blame your third party courier when you have chosen that company. It really isn’t good enough. If I hadn’t chased I would still be sat there waiting! Choose a more reliable courier and improve your customer service.
The courier failed to deliver on the correct day. No update from the Fastwarm. Delivered the next day with items damaged! Poor communication, a complete waste of a day and a further delay whilst replacement items are shipped! Very frustrating.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after waiting in for the delivery and then receiving damaged items.
We use third-party couriers for our deliveries, so unfortunately delays with the courier are outside of our direct control. However, as soon as we were made aware that the boards had arrived damaged, we arranged replacement boards straight away.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience, and can confirm your replacement boards are due to arrive with you today.

The products are good value for money
The products are good value for money. My builder has said they’re easy to install and a good quality.
My lower rating relates to a return I have made and two weeks later I have still not had my refund or an update on progress

Great after care
I had a technical fault with an installed thermostat. The ease of talking to someone (not AI) and the no hassle ‘here’s a new one’ no quibbling, was a quality service delivered. Totally first rate support.
