Sharon couldn’t have been more helpful, what a lovely lady. She got every single pair of jeans in the shop for me to try on, gave advice about the sizing, and was kind enough to to help me choose the most flattering ones for me.
So pleased with the jeans and with the service.

easy & convenient
I ordered a skirt online and collected it from Woking - easy and straight forward to collect from the store, staff were friendly and quick retrieved my online purchase! The skirt arrived really quickly and is a lovely fit and shape.

It was actually returning them, I needed the short, unfortunately I couldn’t find them in store, but the gentleman at the Woking store was so helpful and looked for me. He also did the refund so fast and was lovely about it, having worked in retail for years, this is how you do a refund to keep customers coming back.
It actually made me want to buy something in store.

I bought two gifts online and collected from the shop. As they were gifts I asked for a gift receipt which the system couldn't provide but the assistant gave me two priced receipts which was very helpful.
