Woking shopping
I have bought many items in the Woking store over the last year. The staff are really kind & helpful & the shop is well laid out. The racks are kept tidy & in size order which makes shopping easier.

My local Fst Face in Woking is the best. The manager has great staff and she herself is always pleasant, helpful and professional. I love going even if its just for a browse to get ideas. I am 82 and I always find what I want. I’ve been a Fat Face shopper since the late ‘90s so - says it all really!!

Simply the best!
Had superb customer service today from Luke in the Fat Face Woking store. I bought one item & also asked if there were any other stores stocking Hamble trousers in my size. There were none. Not a problem for Luke who went above & beyond duty. Guided me thro online ordering which I'm hopeless at, ensured I also got the extra 20% discount too! Luke had the patience of a saint & sorted everything out for me. Thank you!

Bought the Corey Linear bloom dress, lovely quality and fits like a dream (especially for a larger bust). Loved it so much bought the linen blend in black. Washes well. Great service in the Woking branch always friendly & helpful.
