Conor was clear and and stuck to the facts while offering his advice with a logical view. He also gave a discount which really is the reason people ring in the first place.
FBD are smart to authorize extra wriggle room for agents because it's usually only the adjustment of 10 or 20 euro gets the business which in this case only equals to 4% and I bought the house insurance and also due to his perfect manner I am also buying the car insurance which in total is over 1000 euro so weel done Conor 👍

Poor customer service
Disliked - I requested an email on 28 September with a revised renewal premium after waiting 10 days for an a resolved claim to be fully processed and underwriters updated. Renewal dept ignorant of resolved claim. Possibly because of oversight in Claims depth.
Liked - your online system on 29 September contained the revised premium and I was able to proceed with my renewal.
