Nothing. Every year I’m with you my insurance is going up. Nothing goes up in my financial situation. Next year I will be going on line to try other insurance companies for better rates.

A very helpful agent on the FBD helpline
Rose was very helpful in explaining the policy to me. She was very clear and understandible.It was a pleasure to deal with her on the phone.I felt satisfied I knew the details of the policy I was buying.

I wanted to discuss the high price of the policy .. and I wanted to request discount, however only a local telephone number was provided. I am overseas so there is no way of lowering the policy price for your customers abroad. which is a shame
