Definitely works but watch the price increases
Definitely works, however the price creeps up considerably so ill be moving to a cheaper product

Total scam
Total scam! I subscribed for the Tirzepatide sublingual pills. I am a busy man so it took the assessment, I started taking the pill every single day, and I didn’t feel any descomunal symptoms, it did not reduced my apetite as they claimed it would happen. Long short story, it didn’t work at all, I did not loose weight, I am only 30 pounds above my ideal weight, I am kinda overweight but not obese. So, I contacted the customer service and see if they would do any refund as they complete claim they guarantee to the customer, they said NO. And didn’t offer any other solution, so I spent $299 dlls a month for 6 months for nothing.

No new customer discount - Bolt Pharmacy
Wanted to take advantage of a new customer discount as I'd not ordered from them before, but when the order went through I paid full price. Unfortunately it seems that this company is owned by the same parent company as Bolt Pharmacy (who I had ordered from before). Because of this they wouldn't class me as a new customer, even though I had to set up a new account with Fella Health to order.
Customer service was very good and refunded me promptly, so no complaints there, I just wish it had been clearer from the outset and before ordering that I wasn't eligible for the discount.

Fella Health feels way more personal than I expected. The coaching actually adjusts to you instead of feeling copy pasted. It doesn’t feel rushed, and there’s real support behind the whole thing, not just meds.

Ultimately the meds did not work for me. Not for lack of trying on the part of the team and the exceptional care that Stanley Whittaker in particular provided me during my treatment. I would not hesitate to work with this team again in the future

Charlatans! Tell you anything to get your money
Am absolutely raging with this company!! Avoid them like the plague! They liars and cheats just to get your money!! I spoke with them months ago before the price rises of monujarno I told them I had enough in stock to last me till December and would buy them then! I asked them would they need anything as I had enough to last and wouldn’t be buying any more they said it was ok and they would give me the 15mg ! Skip to December paid for the drugs but they are calling me a liar saying I don’t have enough and have had a break so can’t have 15 mg ! I’ve sent photos go letters everything! 5 weeks later when I have one dose left they have refused it! All lies! They are not worth the stress they have caused ! It’s that bad I’m reporting them the medicines regulators!! This is a poor excuse for a company and you should absolutely avoid them at all costs! See how long takes to get my money back! I have every single message off the sales team saying that not of this would happen! They just don’t care! Avoid Avoid Avoid

Even when clinical decisions are required, communication and clarity should never break down in this way, and we recognise how distressing that can be.

Weight loss success
Fella Health help me achieve my weight goals. I started the process in February 2025 weighing approximately 200 lbs. By July 2025 I was down approximately 40 lbs and began maintenance. Since then I have continued on maintenance gaining less than 10 lbs.
