Felt Ball Rug Australia Avis 

Packaging was terrible, very old and shabby looking like it was from the bin. The felt balls were also poor quality.

They sent me the wrong rug but this was sorted within 24 hours, they were in contact the whole time to make the change over as easy as possible. Great customer service and the rug is beautiful!

It's great that we're able to choose our own colour combinations for the rugs. High level of communication - when they didn't have one of the colours in stock they made a mock-up of what the rug would look like without this colour and emailed a photo of the mock-up, asking whether I wanted to proceed with this or wait. Good on them for transparency, and for their focus on giving women in the community a hand up!
