Fenix build quality torches and this did not disappoint. Superb from.start to finish and perfect for my night runs. Solid construction, good innovations and easy to digest technical info with honest battery life times. Am a big fan and happy to be out on the trails with Fenix lighting the way.

Excellent customer service. My torch broke while it was still under warranty. I posted it to Fenixlight, it was repaired by Fenixlight the next day and in the post back to me immediately.

Fantastic experience with fenixlight.
The head light I ordered came within 24hrs in perfect condition. The light itself is a very well designed and easy to use. Only used once on a wet evening run, should make winter running a lot easier.

Excellent light with impressive battery life. I have so far used for caving and night cycling. The beam cut off at floor means you can't see your feet if looking straight forward, but minor issue given the reach of the beam. Well made and all is working great

The battery was delivered quickly and was incredibly well packaged to avoid damage. As this is an additional battery for my dive torch, I love the protective storage holder it came in. I am very happy with my purchase and the care taken to get it to me.

Fenix is an excellent company to deal with. The purchase was super easy, with the headtorch arriving very quickly and very well packaged. What I mean by this is it had enough packaging to ensure it arrived safe but not in so much plastic wrapping that my carbon footprint was destroyed for the month!!

The headtorch has gone out several times already this week and as expected worked as advertised!!

Will keep coming back when I need them, but due to quality being excellent that will not be too soon.

My fenix HP30R has been a critical piece of kit for my night fishing fantastic tool,however I did have an issue with the toggle selector, phoned customer service and they dealt with the issue under warranty with no stress or issues whatsoever they sorted it immediately and friendly people. Would definitely recommend this company Infact 3 of my friends have already converted to fenix headtorches.

Outstanding Customer Service!
I have been looking for a new running head torch for some time. Having read various reviews, and hearing reports from the experts (ie Spine winners!), I decided on a fenix device. But I was an idiot and ordered the wrong one! Customer service was excellent, and allowed me to return the incorrectly ordered head torch and have the new one in-hand within 48hrs. No fuss, and great comms.
I will 100% be using fenix again.
