I have used Fenix lamps for many years and fortunately never had an issue but recently one of the top end headlamp stopped working. It had given me a few year's of great service.
After contacting the customer service they dealt with the issue quickly and clearly. They sorted the headlamp in just a few day. Brilliant

I’ve waited until now to post this review as I really wanted to get some nighttime miles in whilst using the head-torch before saying anything.
We’re now in the depths of winter darkness and this is my go-to light. Using the warm-light function it significantly improves the level of definition on the trails in comparison to the much colder white light of all my other head-torches. Add to this the fact that it is super easy to switch to the cold light when on the roads and you literally have the best of both worlds. A fantastic pleasant surprise to me was the memory function, it remembers your previous light setting for both light types each time you switch it off, also the different settings for each light. This means you can switch between light types with one being a brighter setting and then back to other lower setting without faffing through a full cycle.
The battery level indicator is very well placed and simple to use and the final bit of outstanding design is the travel lock switch.
Bravo Fenix, this little beauty is as close to perfection as you can get 👍
