A Delightful Company!
Not only am I always pleased with the products I order and which always arrive on time, I am also extremely pleased with the service I receive and their Customer Service Team is one of the best I've ever encountered - not that I ever have cause to complain. However, they are very helpful when it comes to general queries. Would highly recommend Field & Flower and their lovely staff.

You had us at the Steak!
I've just signed up for a fortnightly subscription after our first one-off box from Field & Flower.
My husband and I have been increasingly more disappointed by supermarket meat products, even from the higher end supermarkets.
After doing some research, I chose Field & Flower and ordered a box to "test" the quality. We were absolutely delighted by the quality and taste of all the products.
All of the products were exceptional but the steak was always going to be the deciding factor. It was the best steak we've had at home in years!
Overall, excellent in all areas and cost wise, it's saving us money because nothing is going to waste.
Highly recommend.

Great quality and service
I had been a customer of Field & Flower for many years. I really enjoyed the quality of the meat, my favourite is Beef Shin (as I love cooking it in different sauces). They have extended their range over time, also beyond the meat. Really great company who take their clients personally as individuals.

Quality meats for all
We have been using Field and Flower for the last 10 years and they have always offered exceptional quality meats. It has been a pleasure watching them expand over the years and enjoy all of the different offerings they have added to their menu. We are now moving abroad and can only dream of finding the same quality produce delivered with such ease and efficiency. Their burgers are by far the best we've ever tasted!!

I have been a loyal customer for…
I have been a loyal customer for several years. Such amazing, high quality produce and I fully stand with their support for farmers, animal welfare and the land.
They have recently launched a range of ready meals and they kindly sent me the lasagne to try. It was absolutely delicious and we loved it. You could taste that the ingredients were fresh and amazing quality and the balance was perfect between the ragu, and béchamel. Well done!

Flavour and tenderness is only matched by the excellent customer service!
Field and Flower have supplied me with 4 boxes of excellent quality product. I have tried chicken, lamb, pork and beef and each has great flavour as well as being tender not tense! I have now subscribed as I wish to continue to deal with such a brilliant company. The customer service was second to none when DPD failed to deliver to my actual home!

I absolutely love this company
I absolutely love this company. Everything is top notch and well packaged (with no unnecessary plastics), and their customer service is exceptional. It's a relief to stop buying my meat and fish (and butter) from a supermarket. Also, their new range of ready-meals are delicious!

Delivery driver delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Fields & Flower and they sorted it out and the driver delivered to correct address. The meat is the best we've had.

Excellent quality products and brilliant customer service
We have been with the team since Covid when shopping was difficult and we have had no major issues and the products they supply are always top quality. We have had 2 minor issues but a quick call to the customer service team has always quickly resolved our problems and the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend this company based on over 6 years of excellent service.

This is superb quality food
This is superb quality food, which comes from farmers working to provide sustainable and cruelty free real food. We have been fortunate to be able to order from F&F and feel confident in the husbandry of the animals . The supply of good meat and fish isn’t cheap of course, we eat less but better quality as far as we can. Customer service is prompt and helpful even when there has been occasional delivery issues with 3 rd party.

Best sausage rolls...ever!
My first box arrived as a gift from my sister (yes I have the best sister), following some recent health and medical tests.
I cannot fault any of the carefully selected items, which are all suitable for my restricted diet.
I have been a sausage roll fiend for over five decades, and the "bake at home" sausage rolls are the best I have ever tasted, by a country mile!

Exceptional quality and service...
We have been using Field & Flower on a regular basis now and found the quality of their products and their Customer Service exceptional. We particularly like the range of products available, all ethically sourced. The new range of Ready Meals are a favourite - just like homemade and so easy to cook.
I must not forget to mention the charming and helpful Customer Service girls - happy to answer any queries that arise with orders. Well packed chilled orders delivered quickly on the day chosen by the customer.
All in all Field & Flower are a real gem in the marketplace. 10/10
