Went in to buy a watch for my son. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. I can't remember the young girls name, but she really was considerate and explained the options available.

Brought my daughter to Fields in Newbridge to get her first pair of earrings following piercing. The staff were lovely, really helpful. A lovely selection of earrings for her little ears. She has already picked out her next pair.

Positive Experience
I knew what I wanted and wasn’t left waiting, friendly member of staff attended to me straight away. Always a positive buying experience. Will be upgrading the smartwatch soon and will be back to price it

I had my engagement band and ring…
I had my engagement band and ring resized . And an old white gold ring replated and cleaned I am amazed at how brilliant the results were in my jewellery, especially my old ring it is like new . The staff were very helpful and I was very happy with the service as a whole . I will definitely be back

My partner bought me a ring for…
My partner bought me a ring for Christmas 2024. Within a few weeks I had lost a small side stone. They repaired it for a fee which I accepted and paid for. Within the last few weeks I have lost a further 2 stones so returned again to the Limerick store. This time I questioned this as surely I shouldn't be loosing stones like this, we were advised that it would be checked for manufactural fault as this was uncommon. They have since came back and said that I now need to pay a further 90 euro! It is very disappointing, I will be advising against purchasing rings from this company to all family and friends. I dealt with a lady called Kerrie and she was fantastic and very understanding of my frustration. Shame on you fields!!
