Mary Anne was so sweet and lovely as soon as we met her. She was very friendly, patient and had a lot of knowledge. We were enquiring about our wedding rings and she found me a beautiful ring that complimented my engagement ring and I was delighted. Thanks so much!

I ordered an item from this website and paid extra for next-day delivery, but it never arrived. They sent me a tracking number that turned out to be incorrect, so I had no way of tracking my order.

I’ve contacted customer service multiple times asking for updates, but my messages have been completely ignored. I paid for a service that was never provided, received nothing, and have effectively lost my money.

Extremely disappointing experience and terrible customer support. I will never buy from this company again.

I’ve been buying jewellery from field for a little while and recently bought myself a watch, Dorothy kindly helped me pick out a watch and size it to fit my wrist. She was full of smiles and kindness when I walked in and was really helpful with everything from helping me try on different watches to sizing it down for me and packing it lovely. It’s such a relief to have retailers like Dorothy when shopping especially for jewellery! She truly did make my experience with fields a lot nicer.

Most wonderful experience in Fields Jewelry store in Athlone, Danija was so lovely and attentive the attention to detail was second to none I was getting a gift for my mum and couldn’t be more pleased with Danijas help , it made my day ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always a great experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My first port of call for any gift is to talk to Andrew in Fields Blanchardstown. Regardless of whether I'm going in to buy something, get a watch battery replaced or get an item repaired, I've never been disappointed.

She listened to what I was looking for, offered loads of choices and was very patient when myself and my daughter were deciding on what to buy.
