I had to get a ring resized that was bought as a special milestone gift. Emma in Fields Newbridge went above and beyond her role to make sure the experience was seamless and she took all the stress out of it. She updated me regularly and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She’s a great asset to Fields

Welcomed in by Dorothy, even though it was close to closing time. I knew what I wanted, been looking at the item for some time, nonetheless was offered to try it on an all before buying it. Very friendly staff warm and welcoming. Had a laugh too albeit the end of a long day. Thank you Dorothy.

Ordered at lunch time on a Wednesday, within 45 mins it was dispatched and with me 24hrs later! Came in a lovely box for the item and also came with a gift bag and gift wrap if needed

Visited to have myTag watch which I'd purchased there, fitted with a new battery. Also, had a problem with catch on another watch. Nicola was so helpful and sorted it all out with professionalism. She was friendly and it was a really pleasant experience.
