This was my second time dealing with Hayleigh in Mahon point. The first was for a Tissot T-race and the second was for wedding anniversary gifts. What I like about this store is that they are very good via email which suits me as I don’t have free time to peruse shops.

I just wanted to sharemy experience and compliment Fields on one of your members of staff, Sinead, in your Athlone branch. 

I only happened to look at the window display, whilst waiting for someone, and she approached me outside and asked if I needed any help. She was professional, polite and well presented. 

Long story short, I purchased a ring, which I had been thinking about for a number of weeks but hadn't seen the one I wanted anywhere.

She took the time to show me various sizes and colours and ordered the exact one I wanted.
(By the way, i dont know this girl and never met her before,  but i do appreciate good manners and excellent customer service).

Purchased a watch online - watch arrived with a Fields bag and bow in the delivery box, which is a great consideration by Fields if giving a gift. Attention to detail was shown by the fact that the correct date and time were set on the watch before it was sent out out - excellent prompt delivery also. Great range and prices also.

Had a great experience in the Galway shop. Amy and the rest of the girls were such a great help to me and were able to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be back!

Met a lovely, helpful girl Sinead in Athlone store.

Bought a bracelet a few months ago. While walking it suddenly fell off my wrist. I was alerted by a friendly passer-by. I went into Fields Dundrum to have this addressed.
There was no question how it happened, just a demand for a 15 euro deposit. I tried to explain a few times this was not accidental damage but in my opinion rather a warranty issue. The ring that keeps the clasp connected to the bracelet must have had a fault. I have two other bracelets on that same wrist, which are still there.
No joy, just a please give us 15 euro and we will send it off to have it looked at. I had a bad feeling which was confirmed when I got a call stating I would need to pay even more to get it repaired. Again, my explanation was not listened to.
Suffice to say I will not hurry back to this shop. A great shame as I have had very positive experiences in the past.

I was dealing with Marie and she made my purchase super easy , she was very informative about the Tag watch , I would recommend Marie and all the staff at Fields .

I brought my partners watch into Fields of Blanchardstown for repair. I was dealing with Joyce who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the watch was still under warranty for some repairs but may not cover the required repairs. Joyce phoned me twice to let me know how repairs were progressing and an estimate on costs. Joyce is very down to earth and her customer service is top class. I will definitely use Fields again in the future.
