I bought a couple pieces of jewellery. The quality of the belcher bracelets is of such a poor quality . Some of the links are squashed . Just the overall quality is bad . Not sure if I would recommend them to anybody . Some staff were friendly but others very unfriendly like they were doing you a favour by attending to you. Very disappointed

I visited Fields on a few occasions this past week and was very happy with the level of customer service received. Went in not knowing what I wanted for an 18th birthday gift. The lovely knowledgeable staff had me sorted in no time 😀

My Mam arrived to the shop to pick a necklace for her Birthday. When I arrived to meet her the girl had giving her a chair as I was running late. The staff where so nice and helpful which made her experience great.

We had cause to go into Fields for an infant Braclett for our grand daughters Christening and Andrew was the salesman who attended to us.. he made sure we had seen all the bracelets to suit our needs and to make sure we picked right for us.. and also we were very happy with our purchase in the end...

Went into Fields Blanchardstown. Andrew came over and helped me straight away. Brought out some bracelets in my price range and helped me choose the best one . Extremely helpfull nothing was to much as I changed my mind a few times . Thanks again for your help. Will definitely return

Since 2020, I've been a proud customer of Fields. I cannot highlight just how special and welcoming their staff make you feel.

We had a situation where the diamond from an engagement ring upgrade we got, was missing. When we brought it into the Fields, they were happy to provide a replacement based on the insurance they previously recommended for us to purchase.

The process was so simple because of this, and within a couple of weeks we had the replacement diamond.

They kept us informed throughout the process and always followed up to ensure we were happy with their service.

Besides their wonderful collection of jewellery; their biggest plus is their amazing staff. Thank you for always making our visits and interactions a pleasant experience.

The lady was very attentive & really quick to get the watch. Removed the links on the bracelet really quickly. Nothing was a problem. Explained in detail the benefits of the insurance coverage & the cost. All in all a very smooth, efficient & pleasant shopping experience. The lady made everyone feel at ease. Very pleasant person. Will happily return to fields again

I went to fields in the pavilions to buy a cheap watch for an elderly person in a nursing home . I just explained to the girl what I was looking for for she went above and beyond to help and was so friendly I bought two tag watches there before and other bits and I can safely say there was absolutely no difference in the treatment you receive , she had no knowledge of my previous purchases till the last minute when she was processing the sale and asked for my number , so well done to fields

Naomi at Fields in Mahon point Cork was excellent when buying a wedding ring. She was patient, friendly and found me the perfect ring.
