I bought a watch for my wife at Christmas from Sinead in the athlone store had an issue with it after a few months brought it back to Sinead and no hassle friendly courteous knowledgeable got the watch back quickly. I would highly recommend visiting the athlone store and ask for Sinead the best ive dealt with lovely girl.

My little daughter chose a pair of…
My little daughter chose a pair of earrings for herself, and we asked for them to be put on her straight away in the shop.
While the girl was taking my details, dealing with the earrings and taking the payment, I noticed that she had packed a completely different pair of earrings for us. Of course, I pointed this out to her, and she then went back to get the ones we had actually chosen.
She also asked whether we wanted the packaging or not. I said that I could take it, of course, but that I would really like the earrings to be put on my daughter there and then. The girl continued doing something with the earrings and, in the end, simply handed me the bag saying, “The earrings are in there.”
Overall, the experience was quite disappointing and felt very unprofessional. I had clearly explained what I wanted, but unfortunately my request was not followed.

Hi , recently visited the store to purchase a watch. Extremely helpful in the process also very quick with links removal for the watch. All the staff are really lovely in there and especially sharon who helped so much with her excellent customer service. Definitely recommend dropping in to the team for anything you need.
