Fields Avis 

Went in this morning to Blanchardstown store to make a purchase at aprox 10.30
A lady wearing glasses doing paperwork on counter never even acknowledged me stood there for 5 mins.I just walked out and went to anothet Jewellery Store where I was greeted and made an expensive purchase.
This woman needs to be Trained Customers are the reason she has a job.
She has been there when i visited in past.
Appauling way to treat a customer..will never return.. Wearing glasses at time Late 50s.

Always so helpful and great value! Staff are very courteous and engaging, really nice experience shopping there.

Had an issue with a ring that my husband purchased last year. The team at fields couldn't have done enough, they were exceptional to deal with and fixed the problem very quickly. Thanks again for such a fantastic service

I have purchased many items from Fields in The Square Shopping Centre over the years.
The staff are always so helpful and are happy to assist you in choosing a gift.
They’re not pushy at all which I love and their after sales is very good too.

I had a silver ring that had been damaged and out of shape. I took it into the fields shop in swords where I met Anna, the deputy store manager. She immediately fixed the ring and could not have been more helpful or friendly. Highly recommend and thank you Anna.

Wendy, without a doubt, excellent customer service...such a different experience to my previous one just over a week earlier. Wendy listened to me and guided me unlike her colleague on my previous visit. I have shopped with Fields for years in various stores for gifts for family, friends and the odd treat for myself and can honestly say most of my encounters with the staff have been positive, with Wendy gaining a definite 10 stars from me but had her colleague been there from my previous visit I would not have purchased from her. I understand the selling process....not a fan of being approached outside the store TBH, off-putting to say the least but the warmth and kindness of Wendy would encourage me back to Tallaght everytime. She respected my budget and listened to what I wanted as a gift. Thank you so much Wendy for listening and for outstanding customer service.

I have been shopping in fields blanchardstown shopping centre each year for the past 5 years.the staff are amazing. So welcoming and helpful.they don't rush you they take the time to explain everything.
the selection of jewellery is amazing.

Great experience with Maryjane in Drogheda, so welcoming, took the time to demonstrate sizing options on the lovely bracelet that I purchased for my sons birthday. If I was buying jewellery again, u would definitely go back, great choice and service, thank you!

Aishling is such a lady, we went in just browsing and she has great knowledge of their stock. She looked up a voucher from last year that I had misplaced and I am delighted with my purchase, it is so nice to deal with someone who is not trying for a hard sale and wants you to be happy with your purchase
