I have bought jewellery from Fields in the square for years now and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. They are always willing to help and give recommendations. Wendy helped me this week with a special gift and was such a huge help.

Birthday Present knew what I was looking for and Anna…
I knew what I was looking for and Anna was so helpful and kind. No rushing you to make a decision. Took a few minutes looking at the pendant and chain and knew it was the perfect gift for my friend's birthday. Then I got a discount as I Shop in Fields for all the fantastic jewellery and then it was wrapped up so beautifully. I was delighted with it.

I purchased a Seiko Alpinist from…
I purchased a Seiko Alpinist from Fields. Please note this review concerns the manufacturer. Fields were most helpful during the process.
The watch has been returned twice with the same issue..losing time. A guarantee of 2 years provided..note these repairs were carried out within this period.
On return of second repair Seiko stated that that the issue was caused by misuse based on their opinion that the casing had scratches, and that I was liable for the repair. This goes against stated terms of guarantee of normal wear and tear by daily use that is accepted. Note the watch in question is an Alpinist, for those who wish to use this watch to scale great heights. In my case my feet are firmly on the ground. Are these timepieces purely marketed as aspirations, however don't take us literally. On the above I will not be wearing this watch in the shower regardless of it's 200m claim.

The bangle I purchased my girlfriend for her 30th birthday snapped out of the blue. After 2 years from the purchase brought into the fields store in newbridge. The staff couldnt be more helpful. Got a full discount in store to the value of the bangle when it could not be repaired. My girlfriend picked out a new bracelet and was really happy with the outcome

Bought an item from the fields store in the square tallaght. A birthday present fir a friend the customer service was excellent took the time to show the item and beautifully gift wrapped it for no extra cost. On top of that great value for money.

The lady I dealt with was lovely and very helpful in blanchardstown but I am not sure the product(earrings were great quality) as my wife thought the clasp was a bit loose but didn’t think much of it and ended up losing one of the earrings after 24 hours. So the presents didn’t last very long.

Always a pleasure to call in to Fields…
Always a pleasure to call in to Fields in Grafton Street. The team there are incredible and there is never an issue no matter what my wife and I are looking for.
Service levels and after Sales Support are SUPERB but beware you might just walk in to maybe to have a battery replaced in your watch and walk out with a new Bracelet or watch😂.
