Staff are friendly. Store is immaculate and gorgeous selection of jewellery. So happy with my engagement ring. It was also recently fixed due to packing up my house and catching the claw on packaging several times I lost a stone. My ring looks brand new and the sparkle is unbelievable. It was also fixed very quickly and for a very reasonable price.

Very fast delivery, lovely choice for everyone!

Was greeted and asked what had brought me in the shop on the day. Staff were amazing, polite and helpful. My daughter and I were offered coffee/water and took a seat while we waited for another Assistant. Made my purchase and left a very satisfied customer. Definitely will return.

Meget dårlig service og manglende effektivitet

I går stod vi omkring 10 personer i kø ved Føtex Bake Off. Der stod hele 5 medarbejdere bag disken, men alligevel var det kun 1-2 medarbejdere, der ekspederede kunderne – og det foregik i et utroligt langsomt tempo.

Det var mildest talt frustrerende at stå og vente, mens der var så mange medarbejdere til stede, uden at køen blev afviklet effektivt. Jeg var til sidst lige ved at koge over af irritation!

Det er virkelig ærgerligt, at der tilsyneladende ikke var en leder til stede, som kunne holde øje med situationen og sikre, at medarbejderne arbejdede mere effektivt og fik kunderne hurtigt igennem køen.

It was extremely pleasant experience from start to finish!
I first went to Fields in Grafton Street but the earrings I wanted to purchase were not available there and lovely lady checked for me and even called Henry Street store to ensure that last pair of earrings will wait for me to be purchased later that day.
When arrived in Henry street it was another very friendly lady looking after me. Highly recommended to anyone

My visit to Fields Jewellers in the Pavilions, Swords was a very enjoyable experience.

Anna looked after me while I was choosing a necklace for my wife’s birthday\. While I had my own thoughts on what I was looking for, Anna took the time to understand what I had in mind and suggested a beautiful diamond necklac. As soon as I saw it, I immediately thought it would suit Adrienne perfectly.

Very disappointing experience with Fields.
My fiancé bought me a gold sapphire ring from Fields in March 2026. After only around 7 months, the sapphire fell out of the ring during normal use.
We brought the ring back to the store expecting that a ring of this age would be properly inspected and that the issue would be treated seriously. Instead, we were informed that the repair would cost over €200.
I find it extremely disappointing that a sapphire can fall out of a relatively new ring after only 7 months and the customer is then expected to pay over €200 for the repair.
We were also surprised to see that Fields' 30-day policy appears to be presented as the relevant period for free repairs, even though consumer rights concerning faulty goods are separate from a store's 30-day returns policy.
My fiancé has now agreed to pay for the repair because we need the ring fixed, but that does not change how disappointed we are with the quality of the product and the way this situation has been handled.
A jewellery ring costing this much should not lose its stone after only seven months under normal use. I expected much better quality and after-sales service from Fields.

I have bought jewellery from Fields in the square for years now and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. They are always willing to help and give recommendations. Wendy helped me this week with a special gift and was such a huge help.

We had a great time buying our wedding rings in fields, and a subsequent follow up for the complimentary 6-month service.
Everyone me and my wife dealt with was great, but want to give a special shout out to Nour, who is a legend!
