I bought my partner a white gold ring for Christmas and 12 weeks later a diamond fell out, I brought it back to fields so they can repair it, they wouldn’t repair it for free because it’s wear and tear, but I only bought the ring 12 weeks ago I told them and they said no we can’t repair it for nothing, would never buy from fields again, also they had the ring for 4 weeks as thy send their jewellery to Glasgow. An absolute joke of a company.

Their knowledge and genuine interest in helping customers really stand out. Fields Dundrum is definitly my first choice jeweller because the service is always top‑class and the staff make every experience a pleasure.

I visited Fields on Grafton Street with my goddaughter and her mum to buy a bracelet for her upcoming communion, which should have been a special and memorable occasion.
The bracelet my goddaughter chose was clearly labelled at €55. I informed the sales assistant that I had a loyalty account entitling me to a 10% discount, so I expected the total to be €49.50. However, I was told the price was €67.50 due to a supposed price increase. When I pointed out that they are obliged to honour the displayed price, the assistant said she would check with her manager.
Upon returning, she said they could reduce it to €55 but would not apply the loyalty discount, claiming they were already giving me a €20 discount. I explained that this was not a discount but simply honouring the marked price. The sales executive, Sarah, was rude and dismissive throughout and ultimately said the best she could do was €50—still not the correct discounted price.
This situation was caused entirely by incorrect pricing in-store, yet it was handled poorly and without professionalism. What should have been a happy experience for my goddaughter turned into an uncomfortable and embarrassing one. I left feeling disappointed with both the service and the way the issue was handled.

My necklace arrived very promptly. It is of very good quality and looks exactly as in the image.
It was beautifully packaged, and included a gift box, bag and crepe paper so I do not have to do anything else, which is great!
