All of the money I saved from my freelance work is now gone. I met a girl on a dating app who offered to "mentor" me. She seemed so real when she showed me her passport. She got me to put $250,000 into this site. It was only a fictitious front-end showing that I was earning money. In order to create a false impression of my trustworthiness, they once permitted me to withdraw $200. When I tried to withdraw a large amount to buy my first home, they froze my account. They wanted "insurance for withdrawal." It’s a pyramid scheme that lies, cheats, and steals from people who aren't tech-savvy. I’ve been to the police, but there’s no progress. I have serious doubts about their abilities. My utility bills are mounting as I choose between rent and groceries. The trauma is life-altering. These individuals are skilled robbers. It’s shocking they’re still scamming people. In any case, I was at a crossroads and was close to losing everything when I heard about Merrill Path. They are, in fact, the only legitimate service that can help you recover your money from these parasites. I will never fall for another advisory again because they are all thieves and con artists. This stress has completely disrupted my daily routine, but at least there is now a way out. Their support is completely untrustworthy, and they will immediately fabricate lies. Before it's too late, immediately see the experts.

Dodgy and inadequate

The bank holds a significant sum of my money and are not contacting me at all as I cannot access my account at all. This has been going on for a week and I am having to take loans for day to day living. This is certainly a bank to avoid. Thankfully closed in the UK

They are slow - if you close a bank account with them good luck of getting cash/securities out in less than 10 working days! Pathetic mediocre mediaeval banking! Good think they closed in UK!!

Transfer Issues

I have been seeking an orderly transfer of stocks to an alternative platform. This has now been achieved. However despite repeated email requests for original book values on the transferred stocks Fineco have not provided. Note having book value information is crucial to determine future capital gains and tax obligations.

A complete waste of time

A complete waste of time. I set up a FinecoBank account for the purpose of trading. The trading platform was a nightmare to use, and I was unable to complete the trades I wanted to in time. A stressful process in every way. Then they withdrew from the UK, and it was a battle to retrieve my money. Glad to be rid of them.

Won’t transfer your ISA out.

It’s been over two months since I initiated an ISA transfer from them to another provider but it’s still not complete and the agents are unable to give me any information and claim it could take 6mths to complete. The financial ombudsman believes such transfers should be completed within 30days…

Typical unreasonable bank charges

Typical unreasonable bank charges. Moving my ISA to another provider all went through in March. In April I was charged holding funds in the bank even though they had already confirmed to me the fund had been moved. Now FinecoBank are refusing to get rid of the small charge of £4 and being really aggressive about getting the money paid straight away. Just poor. I will update if anything changes.

Fineco is a fantastic Bank

Fineco is a fantastic Bank. I am an Italian resident in the UK, I have a Fineco Bank Account and it is extremely sad that - due to Brexit, Fineco will have to close Business in the UK and therefore I will lose my position with Fineco UK. However, I will open a new Account with Fineco for non resident in Italy.
Last. Today, 22.12.23 (but also at other times) I had to call Fineco UK and deal with phone advisors: I have always been extremely satisfied with their job. I would like to thank Fineco for the opportunity I had to invest my money with them. Francesco

I have been a Fineco customer for more…

I have been a Fineco customer for more than 20 years. Suddenly last week my account was frozen, all functionalities blocked (e.g. debit card or payments). Not a single communication, not a single answer to my calls and emails. I have to say become really a bad bank, worse, a money sink
