Sito internet completo dove si può acquistare di tutto con commissioni basse. App veloce e pratica. Consulente finanziario chiaro con cui veramente ho avuto poco a che fare per mia scelta. Prelievi gratuiti dappertutto ad eccezione delle poste che come si sa non fa parte del circolo ABI. Banca consigliata.
Not transparent investment service
Platform is closing down with relative loss of income as many products are not available at other brokers.
By not sharing it earlier(just 3 months notice) they impacted directly the financial position of small investors whilst keeping pocketing fees.
If a banner or noticed had been displayed on the website I would have not invested.

Setting up an account has been a long process and all round stressful experience.
Customer service personal helpful and patient.

First ! I tell you , do not use the Finecobank.
Because terrible customer service and tool.
I did conditional ordered, then It is terrible mistake by automatic trading. Then I asked the email and phone and live chat, after all, I got the below.
(My conditional order is deal with >90pense. Share price just went 90.2 then deal 85pense automatically. I also asked how to cancel my conditional order but never reply. )

You must always enter a limit price after the conditional order in

Since 18/07/2023 I have been waiting…
Since 18/07/2023 I have been waiting for funds to enter my account. I have contacted fineco via email 3 times and called other times.
Although i was told to expect a response within 24 hours, I have yet to recieve a response. No one seem to know what's going on and no one can tell me why I am still waiting and that I simply need to wait.
I will be closing my account once this matter is resolved if ever resolved

Appaling service. I transferred some shares over to Fineco but despite apparently receiving them they haev not appeared in my account. 2 weeks later I am still waiting. My requests for information by email have been ignored.

Joint account half excellent half dreadful
My husband and myself opened a joint account, that all went well, my husband opened a separate single account and an ISA, so far everything is excellent, we receive our debit cards he has made transfers and is transferring funds into the ISA. I on the other hand received my card but I cannot use it. I tried to open a separate single account and I made a mistake, since then I have been locked out of the account, told I wasn't receiving text messages due to my network provider (not true!) as I receive other text messages from Fineco, so then I was sent a new password by post from Italy, (sent second class so took 7 days) that password doesn't work, every person I talk to has no ability to resolve the issue and doesn't listen to the fact the problem is with their account opening process. I have just made a complaint as I have no other way to access my account and was told it will take 8 weeks to resolve. All the time I have a card I can't use and an account I have no access to. *Update, it is now the 1st of June and despite asking for me to contact them they have made no attempt to contact me to resolve the situation, the message they send on here is meaningless, and just to look like they try and help.
*Update 6th June 2023 I received a phone call from an extremely helpful person, who with the managers permission was able to resolve everything and reset everything so now everything is resolved. So the question is, when you could do that, why did it take multiple emails, phone calls and complaints and almost a month to resolve? They clearly have an issue with this as we are not the first to have this problem. Having said all that my husband was able to use the account and card in Italy, everything worked really well, the exchange rate was fantastic, on balance I would recommend Fineco but if you have a problem be prepared to hit your head against a wall!

It took me a long time to register, like a small part every day and no explanation why, if it wasnt for my persistence I would have given up.
