Ho richiesto un documento della carta credito, ho scritto, ho chiamato. Se parli con più persone, danno informazioni contraddittori e fuorvianti. Questo NON è un supporto al Cliente ma un danno, dato che giovani-inesperti, non riconoscono i loro errori. ASSURDO averne a che fare! Ilaria vergognati! Se avete un responsabile, è ora che si prenda le sue responsabilità e non lasciare a prendersi gioco dei Clienti!

As always, very professional and knowledgeable Customer Services operative who delivered accurate information succinctly. Consistently and unfailingly impressed by the calibre of staff that I deal with at Fineco that take great pride and satisfaction at delivering a top service.

Unlike a lady called Maria at a rival Broker who put me on hold whilst she fed her Dog-I kid you not!.."I just need to put you on hold", I then heard the French doors slide open, the dogs' paws scraping and slipping on the hard tiles followed by the sound of the dog's metallic bowl being placed on the floor. You couldn't make it up!

I requested a Password Reset

I requested a Password Reset.
A message came through saying " We will be sending you a temporary password to your registered mobile number". However, I didn't receive a message and so I called your customer help line.
The result is that I have to complete a form and send it to you, after which a temporary password will go into the post which will mean a frustrating wait until I am able to access my account again.

The bank is useless for day to day banking e.g., making a simple sterling transfer from Fineco sterling account to another sterling account in the UK takes at least two days and vis-a-vis, but it doesn't stop there!

In terms of trading account, it does not provide full invoice until trade settlement date. If you receive dividends, it might take up to 15 working days to be credited to your account. I have no such experience with other UK Banks.

IT'S AWEFUL!!!

For trading-good, for banking truly awful.

I live in the UK. I wanted a multicurrency account that I could use for high street banking and for trading. Well I had to fight with their procedures to set up an account-Fineco Bank did all it could to prevent me. My experience is that it is good for trading but if you value your sanity do not (!) use it for day to day banking e.g. if you want to make a simple sterling transfer from your Fineco sterling account to another sterling account in the UK it can take up to two days, but it doesn't stop there, I could go on & on with the frustrating policies & practises of Fineco. I set up an HSBC multicurrency account & that works fine.
