Take your money to REVOLUT!
By being Italian, I took the comfort of choosing an Italian bank in the UK. HOW WRONG! They cannot be trusted for the simplest of things. Payments going missing and requiring 50 calls to be traced back (the people with info is the mysterious technical team but you can only talk with the call desk, which is clueless). Hidden charges everywhere. The platform sucks. Even closing an account is difficult. They think they are a Fintech. I suggest you open an account with them and one with Revolut just to see how far they are. On their way to be disrupted.
