Couldn't be happier with my bracelet
I was a bit nervous about ordering after reading some reviews mentioning poor communication, but honestly, that wasn't my experience at all.
They always replied to my messages really quickly, and I never felt like I was left wondering what was going on. Since my tennis bracelet was made to order, I thought the turnaround time was actually pretty fast.
The bracelet itself is gorgeous. It looks beautiful, feels really well made, and I'm so happy with it. The prices are great too, especially for the quality.
I'm really glad I ordered from this shop and would definitely recommend it!

i am so happy with my full eternity ring. i had ordered a similar ring from another jeweller but it gave me a rash and wasn’t a patch on the quality of my ring. i love it and would recommend finediam

Product great, delivery and issue
Product great, however bought 2 and was promised delivery by 11th, 1 arrived on time, 1 did not, these were 21st birthday presents. This meant that they did not get them until after the day required, very dissapointed in the outcome. Cannot fault the bracelets but as I said dissapointing outcome.

My ring got sent to me with a few marks…
My ring got sent to me with a few marks on it customers service delt with this and sent me a barcode to send the ring back and said the work would be done in 48-72 hrs it my wedding ring. It should of been checked and clean and polish before sending it out to me , still waiting for the ring to come back to me it will b 2wks tomorrow
