My man Des Elliott ordered me an engagement ring for our 30th Anniversary together. A bespoke 2ct platinum ring that in typical man style he left to late to order. This wonderful company not only got the ring to us in time but in a beautiful box that showed it off amazingly. So he popped the question and I said… yes! Thank you for the best customer service we’ve had in recent years and we’re going to buy our wedding rings from them too.

I recently bought a 3CT white gold eternity ring for my wife to celebrate 10 years of marriage after a particularly difficult year having been diagnosed with a Brain tumour. They managed to deliver ahead of schedule, the ring looked exquisite and my wife was extremely happy. Thoroughly recommend this jewellers.

The bracelet we bought is lovely but we had to return it as the clasp would not open when we received it. This was fixed and returned to us quickly and it is fine now.

From the initial enquiry to the delivery of the beautiful ring I can’t fault the professionalism of this company. I was updated on the progress of my order. It was delivered on time by special delivery. I only wish I could show pictures but, it’s a gift! I will say the pictures on the web do not do it justice. Stunning ring beautiful presented in a lit box.

Great service from Finediam having ordered a tennis bracelet for my wife’s 50th. The next day got a message on delivery timescale in accordance with their website guide (2weeks). Replied saying any earlier would be appreciated to ensure it was here by her birthday. They were very responsive and having one in stock dispatched it that day, arriving the next, less than 48hrs from order! Thank you. Hope the wife likes it:)

Watch I ordered for my Brother in laws 40th was cancelled 11 days later. Poor communication and complete confusion. I will not be buying from this company again. No compensation given for appalling service.

Finediam misled me that my item was ready for despatch when time was of the essence and caused me to waste much of that time by their being unable to adhere to their advertised "same day dispatch". To add insult to injury, they offered me a lower value item they claimed they could despatch on the day I complained but at the same price! They blamed this on the rising price of gold but I knew that the price had been falling for the last three months. I would award them zero stars if I had the option. Avoid!

Just received two pairs of diamond studs for mt twins 16th birthday. It took under 2 weeks to arrive. The quality seems lovely.

So initially the experience was not great. Overall it was down to poor communication. No response to emails, or messages. No updates. However this was rectified. It was only a few days after the original timescales , and the engagement ring I ordered was sent. I was asked to take down my review , or edit it. I cheekily asked for a free gift. The free gift was delivered the next day. So I feel kinda bad for leaving my original review. I was told it is a family run business and bad reviews harm business. I have to say the actual ring I received is beautiful. My now fiance loves it. Redemption was made by the company. However I can't give 4or 5 stars because there was a point that I thought I'd been ripped off. I have seen reviews about poor communication. So if this a family ran business , you clearly need to sort out communication. I would of given 4 or 5 stars if you had of responded to my messages. But accepting money then not responding is just bad . I will say , for the actual ring , I would recommend this company as the ring is actually beautiful. Good price too. Just need to work on responding to messages

The ring I ordered was beautiful! When I tried it on, it was slightly too small so i sent it back to be resized and it got fixed so quickly. Communication was great and it’s absolutely gorgeous!!

Company are the least trustworthy company known to man.

Firstly they took near £400 for some earrings which took 2 months to “arrive”

During these 8 weeks I’d attempted to make contact with “finediam” multiple times to no avail mostly.

So I opened a chargeback…
Suddenly they’re very communicative. They asked me to close the case so they could send the earrings.. I obliged. They then told me they’d refunded me for the earrings - they hadn’t. So I closed my only recourse for these scammers. Fortunately my bank were able to reopen the case since the “refund” they claimed to process never arrived.

Don’t trust them. They lie. They don’t reply and then they lie some more.

Terrible service.
