I ordered a one carat diamond studs and 18carat white gold chain with pendant. I am amazed at the quality and the packaging. The box lights up when u open it. My studs are super sparkly in all kind of lights. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I’ll definitely be back for more purchases.

I waited almost a month for the pendant.I had to keep chasing the company to get any feedback.Eventually someone sorted it.I think possibly my order got lost somewhere?
Apart from that when I did finally recieve it,it looks nice a bit smalller than it looked online but very pretty for the necklace I have.

Finediam made me a bespoke ring of my own design, they kept me updated throughout the making of the ring.
They kept to the exact time frame that they quoted me.
When I received the ring I was very impressed and happy the ring was exactly what I had asked for.
The ring was beautiful, well made and came in a lovely box with a little light inside.
I am very happy with the ring, the whole process was very good, I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend this jewellers to anyone.

The ring I ordered was taking a little time to arrive and I’m impatient 😅 contacting them through what’s app and they offered an upgrade of the same ring that they had in stock for a small extra price. This ring arrived in less than 24 hours after communication and is beautiful really happy with service and communication 💎 💍 🤩

Gorgeous ring it’s stunning 🤩

Recently purchased some earrings as a gift. We did have some issues with delivery (on our part really). We didn't realise that the earrings that we had chosen were an unpopular style, and would have to be made. We made contact and explained that we did need the earrings pretty quickly as they are a birthday gift. Customer service went above and beyond to provide us with an alternative, with a bigger sized carat to basically get them out to us asap. After this was discussed they were shipped straight away, and arrived before 1.00pm the next day! Myself and my sister love the earrings, and I'm sure my Mum will when we are all together to be able to give them to her. Amazing customer service throughout. Yes the earrings didn't arrive in time, however this was partly our fault, and as soon as we spoke to customer service it was rectified to our satisfaction, above and beyond for no extra charge to us. So very pleased indeed, would defo use the company again for future purchases.

So I want to be really balanced with my review - I was very nervous ordering online for such a high value item that I’ve not seen - I ordered a 1ct lab grown diamond ring in platinum, and to a size not listed. I had various discussion via web chat. Some responses were fab and really articulate others were very short which was not consistent. I did make the order on AMEX so if it turned out to be an issue I had a level of protection too . When I ordered it I didn’t get any confirmation which worried me so next day I chased and got order confirmation via WhatsApp. The advised it would be 15 days. I also got a receipt via app called shop. I left it 10 days then chased progress which they advised once it arrives it needs to be hallmarked then sent. Well I’m pleased to say it did arrive on time, it’s beautiful, smaller than I imagined so would like them to show on a person, but it did arrive. My feedback to sunshine/finediam would be to increase their cust contact - but I can confirm good quality and arrived when they said. I will be getting it checked over to confirm it is what I’ve ordered but unless you hear anything further all is good

After an initial hiccup ( my error) I found the sellers very helpful and assuring as they talked me through the purchase process as I had not purchased any jewellery on line before.
I ordered a pair of Equinox lab diamond earrings 1.5c set in white gold.
They have just arrived and they are truly beautiful and have been admired by friends and family.
