Great products, terrible service.
The products (we have bought a tennis bracelet and eternity ring, are beautiful. However the quality of service leaves much to be desired. On both occasions whenever I raised a query e.g. delivery date etc, despite emails and phone calls, only once did I receive a reply. When you spend large sums like this and get zero response it makes one suspicious. Eventually, the items arrived and, as they say, happy wife happy life. But not a happy me because of the stress caused by their lack of customer interaction.

Ordered an item on the 22nd of December. Received a WhatsApp asking if they could deliver in January by the second week. I have emailed 3 times and called the number repeatedly. No answer. No communication. Terrible company. Do not order from.

I needed my ring by my wedding date. I sent several emails asking for confirmation that it would arrive. They weren’t answered. I called and think the order had been overlooked. However it did arrive on time and I like it !
