Sent my order to the wrong address. Have supplied them with images of the label on the box, and it clearly does not match the address i used when ordering.
Accusatory initial response, blaming me for the issue.

You lied about contact from Parcel Force and are blaming for the issues when I have the delivery label clearly with the wrong address on

I ordered herbs, vegetables and bakery items. Everything was of the highest possible quality. For a home cook, it’s sometimes difficult to find fresh ingredients that are really exciting to cook with - this company have really excelled.
French onion soup, heritage beetroot salad (pickled and baked with pumpkin seeds and feta) baked cod with gnocchi and the freshest samphire, sorrel soup, slow cooked mallard with mixed carrots…. I can’t think what else, but all beautiful ingredients to prepare, cook and consume.
The only downside is that there is a lot of packaging, but that did ensure the quality of the products I received. I suspect that this is just because I live quite far away and it’s the only practical method.
I ordered 2 products. I received a super big box with only one product. I tried since delivery day to resolve this issue,maybe my wax bean was drop from the open box in the delivery van, who knows? I sent them 2 emails and called them 2 times. Nothing.
I'm still waiting for my second product or my money back.

Packaged well, came pretty quick and really happy they had what we wanted in stock
Bought some fireworks it did say that the delivery is 2-3 working days, i really needed them for my wedding after 1 week of calling and messages they did not send it to me but initiated the refund straight away now i am in the worst position.
Didn’t receive what we ordered - and your courier lied. You believed them over a customer - doesn’t get any worse than that!

Great produce, inviting website, well packed parcel, no complaints there... because what had arrived was of great quality. Best bagels and apple pie in London! I placed a large and varied order and would have scored my experience higher but, a third of my order didn't arrive, plus, one item was substituted (equal but not what was ordered). Had a prior warning on three items being out of stock but no further warning, notification for the rest of missing items. Offered a refund although I had to contact the office myself because the delivery note did not match the contents. Whatever the matter, a temporary stock issue or the website products' range somewhat overstated or else, as a minimum, I expected to be notified about all items that were out of stock or could not be delivered. There was at least 5 days for the FCP to do that from the day I placed my order. This would have prevented much disappointment and given me a chance to procure missing items for an important family celebration elsewhere.
I am so disappointed, First Choice used to be excellent. I used them all during lock down and as my Christmas treat each year. This year I followed the same process, ordering my food and adding to the notes that it was to be delivered on the 23rd. Following up with an email. The food which was a real expensive treat for me and my family arrived 3 days later and will not be off for Xmas. I have sent multiple emails, voicemails and have tried to contact but no joy! I can’t afford to buy the food again so will have to totally change my Christmas plans. To be honest I’m heartbroken. Just response and a gesture of goodwill would be appreciated at this point. I won’t be using them again which it a shame as I think their produce is second to non.
Paid and still waiting for delivery over a month on - emails going to a random address and bouncing back - AVOID

There was a missing item in my previous order 2 weeks ago and my email asking First Choice for a refund was ignored completely. I placed another order with a note asking for a refund or the missing item to be included in my new order. On delivery I was told the missing item was in the box. It wasn’t! Another email sent asking for refund. As yet no reply. Customer service is non existent when there is a problem with an order. Emails go unanswered. This has also happened in the past. It’s common courtesy to reply to emails. I’m not impressed.
